It's natural to say how you feel

i want to tell you

Whenever I have a crush on someone, I will first ask the people around her, how is she doing recently? Is there an object? Or what do you like to eat? But the interesting thing is that every time I ask people, they will naturally say to me: "Why don't you ask her yourself?"

This sentence is really one and wakes up the dreamer, yes, why don't I ask myself? When faced with a crush who is not my own, I can naturally ask these questions, what do you want most? I want to care about you, is there anything I can help you with? I can't say these warmest words directly to the person I want to convey .

Speaking out feelings and conveying emotions seems to be the first thing we learn in this world, talking to others, conveying our thoughts, wanting to eat candy and buying toys when we are young, we will use the most direct emotions and words to express But gradually, under the traditional atmosphere of the East, we will think that it is wrong to express our emotions, but behind this is actually asking people to learn to restrain their own behavior and desires.

Why expressing emotions is important, because it's how we build deep connections with other people, and when an environment isn't allowed to express emotion, it's a cage, like torture in a new age , and this is called a noun by modern people, called "work" .

To be honest, there are many people around me who mistakenly believe that this "locked-in" emotion is the real "work" or "life". I used to think so until someone said to me, "Why don't you go by yourself? When I asked her?", I realized that my thoughts had been locked, and I couldn't help but say it when I was emotionally broken down.

Now I think of those brave moments, bravely helping strangers, and bravely speaking up for the disadvantaged. These memories give me the strength to no longer hesitate, and to say the most caring to the person I want to express more firmly. , the warmest words: "Are you okay?" "I'll be here until you finish what you want to say."
