Even if my heart is cold, the weather makes me hot

Big brother... 37 degrees high temperature... how long can it last?

It was the first time in my life that the temperature continued to be hot. I almost didn’t believe my eyes. To be honest, even if I didn’t believe my eyes, I didn’t believe my body. Walking on the street, the feeling of burning skin was too real.

I'm no longer a person who is very afraid of heat, but I almost fainted when I walked on the street... 🐻 How do I go about the rest of the day... ….

In fact, heat stroke is a disease with a very high mortality rate. If the condition is misestimated or handled improperly, it will lead to serious consequences.

I just found out that it turns out that it is too hot to have heatstroke...

What should I do if I have heat stroke? How to Improve and Relieve Symptoms, 5 Steps to Do It Right!

Depending on the degree of heatstroke (heat injury), there are some differences in the treatment of heatstroke patients, but according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the following 5 major steps can be mastered to achieve correct preliminary treatment in the first line of defense~

The formula: cool down > undress > heat dissipation > hydration > send to the doctor

1. Shade

Immediately move the patient to a ventilated and cool place to rest.

2. Undress

Remove excess clothing and accessories from the patient so that the patient can dissipate heat and maintain smooth breathing.

3. Heat dissipation

Use a damp and cold towel to wipe the patient's body, or fan and sprinkle water to help the patient cool down.

4. Hydrate

If the symptoms are mild, they will usually regain consciousness in a short time or maintain consciousness continuously, and moderate drinking water, salt water or sports drinks can be given to make up for the lost water and electrolytes.

5. Hospitalization

If the patient is conscious but has no significant improvement in cooling within 10-15 minutes or the symptoms worsen, or if the patient is unclear for more than 5-10 minutes, he should immediately send to the doctor to avoid delaying treatment.

The most important treatment of thermal injury is to "help cool down quickly" , because if the human body is in a high temperature state for a long time, many physiological functions will be blocked, which will lead to serious sequelae.
