Susan. Cann can be said to be a pioneer in speaking out for introverts. When Wall Street elites, Carnegie and other theories were loud at the time, her TED speech "The Power of Introverts" caused a sensation, and she published "Quiet, That Is." "Power", and since then books of a similar nature have sprung up, Susan behaves as she describes his grandfather in the book: "He uses a language called quiet, eloquent and eloquent."

Susan. Cann's TED talk "The Power of Introverts"

"Why are you so quiet?" I believe it is a phrase familiar to introverts. In the fast-paced modern society, extroversion seems to be equated with "success", and the fear of "not being noticed" makes everyone must Yelling hoarsely to show their existence, even if they are not interested in some people and things, they still try their best to mix it up, for fear of being regarded as out-of-group and difficult marginal people, at the same time another group is silently being themselves in the corner People who do things seem to be very strange, quiet, silent, withdrawn, shy, boring, eccentric, unsocial... Introverts often passively accept these labels.

I won't say it is an exact description. Often when I get those comments, I haven't spoken to the other party at all. Maybe the atmosphere is not right, maybe I haven't studied the topic, but as long as the chat content is what I'm good at and like, I can talk endlessly. I kept on seeing this face, and the person who randomly labelled me looked surprised, as if saying: "Oh! So you can talk!" (It's ridiculous, right)

In fact, introverts make up one-third of the world's population. There are definitely grades of introverts. Instead of the dull and flat adjectives above, you can think of a spectrum. Some people may be slightly introverted, and some people may be the opposite. To varying degrees, no one hundred percent Introverts or extroverts, if any, are lunatics.

It’s easier to identify introverts and extroverts by “way to get energy.” Extroverts get their energy through a lot of social activities. Introverts, on the other hand, usually like to exchange deep topics with one or two familiar friends, aimlessly and different. People gossip is draining their energy, often in a party of more than four people, they are exhausted and need to be alone to refresh their energy.

"It's not that I don't talk, it's that I don't want to talk to you." It may sound too straightforward, but the behavior of selective speech is particularly evident in most introverts. Don't be embarrassed. Introverts are usually more focused on themselves. If You like social situations, running around and dancing, that's great! I don't have any opinion on you, I'll just keep reading novels at home, this society is so diverse that it's interesting!

The world wouldn't exist without introverts: Gravity, Relativity, Nocturne, Reminiscence of the Time, Peter Pan, 1984, Snoopy, ET, Encounters of the Third Kind, Google, Harry Potter …Similarly, I believe that without extroverts, the world will lose a lot of color, embrace your own character calmly, although you need to take a detour, introverts will eventually find a model of peaceful coexistence with this society and shine on their own stage. glow.
