Are paid courses better than free courses? If you have a good learning attitude, free courses are naturally good

There was a famous saying: "Free is the most expensive".

This sentence seems to be said by Jack Ma, and I don't really remember it, but who said it doesn't matter, the meaning of this sentence is mainly to say that you have unknowingly paid a higher price in the process of greed for free, such as Waiting in line to get a free trial, wasting time, prepaying for some offers of buy X get X free, in fact, you have paid X price, and you originally only needed 1, even a company initially attracted customers with a free experience, and when they wanted to When charging, customers cancel their subscriptions one after another, which wastes a lot of costs. What’s more, you need to pay for watching advertisements, likes, and messages to exchange platform coins. And today I want to talk about learning.

Now we have a lot of learning resources, some are paid, some are free, ordinary adults, those with financial ability, all tend to be paid, after all, the structure of the paid courses is good, you don't need to spend time looking for resources, I was like this , If you want to learn something, just go to the course, pay the money, don’t waste it, and focus on your studies, but it turns out that this mentality is also wrong. In the matter of learning, there is no free most expensive, and no fee is very cheap.

Many people say that free learning resources are not cherished because they are easy to obtain, and the learning attitude will not be good, and they will soon give up, but in fact, the learning attitude has nothing to do with free fees. If you want to learn, you also want to learn for free. Well, if you don't want to learn, you will also give up the free fee. Isn't it a waste to pay to sign up for a course and not to learn? Answer: I don't want to study anymore. Even if I can't take this course, I can't get the money back, so why waste my time? It turns out that mentality is still the most important thing in learning, and I prefer to go for free courses compared to paid courses.

Why is it better to find a free course? Because the resources on the Internet are already too rich, and the free resources are so rich that they are not inferior to the paid resources at all. On the contrary, the quality of many paid resources is worse than the free resources. I believe that everyone has seen a lot of course advertisements on the Internet now. Say what can be done, and then charge a sky-high price, especially those courses related to making money, and tell you that you don’t even want to pay this little money, how can you make more money, the result? As a result, there are a lot of content that I can find on the Internet, and I am so embarrassed to charge this price, which is not only heartbreaking, but also discourages your motivation to learn this knowledge.

When an adult learns new knowledge, it is no longer like a student who only has to deal with exams, but hopes to apply it. The application of the same knowledge, whether it is language, art, or information technology, actually requires countless explorations, just as you study nursing does not mean you You can be a nurse. Just because you read an html course doesn’t mean you can write a website. You have to go through countless explorations before you can apply it properly. For the paid courses, I think it’s too passive to absorb. process, loses the ability of this application.

So I think free resources are better than paid resources, especially now that free resources are really not inferior to paid resources at all. Unless it is some really very specialized subject skills, only one-to-one teaching will make me pay. Of course, nothing can be generalized or absolute. I believe that there are still some cases where paid resources are better than free resources, but in general, free resources are better than paid resources.

But for the first question, you must have a good attitude to study, otherwise, it will be useless for you to charge for free.
