As mentioned at the beginning, my understanding of "blockchain" is simply that "points (blocks) are connected into lines (chains) to become larger points (blocks) or surfaces. The previous article also mentioned it" The concept of "decentralization", we currently have a general understanding of what is the basis of "blockchain". Today, we will talk about its soul, "consensus".

In human terms, the personal understanding of "consensus" means that "the group reaches consensus through identification in decision-making, philosophy, and belief." As mentioned in the previous article, because of "decentralization", the operation of the blockchain is "identity "And establishment, without this identity, it will lose its meaning. And everyone agrees to stack up into "consensus", but these are just conceptual identifications rather than actual operating mechanisms (the explanation of the consensus mechanism will be discussed in the subsequent chapters).

"Consensus" reminds me of the term "collective subconscious", according to the 18th century Swiss psychologist, psychiatrist, founder of analytical psychology "Carl, Gustav, Jung CGJung" expounded that "a person's personality is determined by It consists of three parts: first, consciousness; second, personal subconscious; third, collective subconscious." We all know that "consciousness" is the conscious awareness of people; and "personal subconsciousness" is related to growth experience and environmental influences.

The most interesting is the "collective subconscious", which is also more complex. In layman's terms, it refers to the subconscious shared by a group or all human beings. And "Jung" also put it: "The collective unconscious is "an innumerable, the result of thousands of years of human ancestral experience, an echo of the experience of prehistoric social life; and each time often adds only very little change and difference". There is a saying that can explain the meaning of "Jung's" this sentence "any new concept promotion, as long as 7% of the people are willing to accept and agree at the beginning, there will be amazing progress! There will be some invisible things. The wave force is operating, and when the critical point comes, the culture will undergo qualitative changes and miracles.” This is the “100th monkey effect” or the “hundred monkey effect”, which refers to the “collective subconscious” effect.

Does this look a bit similar to seeing here? Is it like the concept of "blockchain"? Of course, it may be a bit wishful thinking, but imagine that modern technology, computers, and the Internet have brought the empty "personal consciousness" closer to the world through the tangible "digital information flow" and gradually linked up countless collections of consciousness, whether it is a "social networking site". "Or "real-time strategy games" are not expressions of "collective will" or "consensus". Going back to the "collective subconsciousness" mentioned in "Jung" and thinking a little deeper, isn't it the "metaverse"! (I feel that today is a bit fanciful, I hope everyone can understand this analysis)
