While waiting for the potatoes to drain, boil a pot of boiling water and add a little salt to the boiling water. When the oil is 70% hot, put the drained potatoes in and fry them. After about two or three minutes, the pan will be enough to cook. When frying, flip it from time to time, and make sure that the oil temperature is not too high, to avoid frying the potatoes or frying them too hard, which will affect the taste of the potatoes. Be careful during this step to avoid being scalded by the hot oil.

After the fried potatoes are taken out, put them directly into a slightly larger bowl. The rim of the bowl must be high, so that it can be used for stirring later. Do not turn off the oil fire after removing the potatoes, turn the oil fire to minimum, and keep the oil warm. Begin to prepare the seasoning for wolf tooth potatoes, here I will write down the required materials, but everyone will add the amount according to the amount of potatoes when you make them yourself. The required materials are onion, garlic, chili noodles (Liupo brand), cumin powder, sesame oil, salt, pepper powder, white sugar, and vinegar.
