Another World Fantasy Novel "Assistant of the Demon" Chapter 6 (2)

The 3rd Tianxing Novel Award was shortlisted. "What qualities do you think a person needs to have to be a king?" An Englishman born in the ordinary world - Bertha. After living in the Demon World for three years, Bessarius received a letter from the Demon King because he solved a dangerous incident, and learned that he was invited to become the Demon King's direct assistant with a high salary. However, behind the high salary, the responsibility that needs to be shouldered is not only your own safety, but also the life of others. Bertha's first job as an assistant was to deal with "Merlin"'s betrayal of "King Arthur"!

I murmured the invitation of the elemental force, and the strong wind came to me and blew the sand from the ground into Arthur's face. Arthur, who was standing up and ready to go, was startled, and his strength was released. I regained my freedom and wanted to step forward, but my feet were tightly grasped, and when I looked down, countless grains of sand turned into vines and wrapped around my legs.

when did it happen?

The price of diverting the line of sight is the complete disappearance of the natural power that was originally used. Arthur, who was no longer attacked by the sand and dust, ran towards me with his sword in his hand. Whether he was holding the sword or walking, he became firmer. His blue eyes flashed with a determination to kill me. Obviously, what I just said was completely thorough. It stabbed him in the face and angered him.

However, with this kind of daring, you can be called "Arthur Pendragon", right? I quickly raised my left hand in front of my eyes, then put my index finger and thumb together, and then pulled down in one breath. Arthur's body suddenly fell back, and his back hit the sand instantly, making a loud "bang" sound, which seemed to be very painful.

"What?" he exclaimed again.

"Collar." The vine that grabbed me disappeared. I walked up to him, looked down at him lying on the ground in amazement, and said, "I just pressed your collar to the ground. And if I just put the force of nature on your heels, you will fall into the sand with your whole face. In the middle of the earth, eat a meal of silt." It was a deceased werewolf who taught me this technique. I thank him in my heart every time I have the opportunity to use this technique.

However, Arthur, who had fallen so hard because of this technique, could only look unhappy.

"You're pretty good at manipulating elemental forces." I reached out to him, "but your speed, judgment, and swordsmanship are really bad."

"Your technique of using natural forces is also terrible." He ignored my hand and turned his face away. "Just like my swordsmanship."

Um? I retracted my hand, a little puzzled: "The person who fell to the ground after being pulled by the collar with natural force, is not qualified to say this?"

He sat up and stroked the body of his long sword. "What do I do next? My whole body hurts and I want to rest."

I raised my eyebrows. "It hurts already? This is just the beginning."

He looked at me.

"Next, before your competition starts, you have to do more than eight hours of combat training with me every day."

He opened his mouth to me.

"If you really think you're Arthur Pendragon, and you want everyone to admit you're Arthur Pendragon, then you'd better listen to me," I said, leaving him speechless. Come: "Otherwise, if you lose, you will become Merlin. And from the current situation, you will definitely lose. You said that Merlin's swordsmanship is so powerful that he doesn't need to use natural force at all, right?"

He bowed his head.

"If this is true, then his swordsmanship must be better than mine." I looked up, and the sun had set a little to the west, its rays trying to merge the sky and the ground into one, shining brightly and exceedingly dazzling. "If you can't even resist my attack, how are you going to fight someone so powerful?"

He didn't respond.

I put him in my sight again. "Stand up, Arthur. If you really care about who you are, show it to me."

"I..." He seemed very hesitant: "I actually have absolutely no confidence to win. Even now, I still feel that everyone is pushing me to hell, where I want to fend for myself."

I froze in place. The disgusting memory of the "Golden Apple Farce" replayed in my head, and my mood took a turn for the worse. hell...?

"Have you ever been to hell?" I asked.

He looked up at me. "What did you say?"

I twisted the blade at will with my wrist and fingers, and began to draw neat infinity symbols around me, slowly approaching him. "You haven't been to hell, right? Then why do you think we pushed you to hell?"

"You...what are you doing? Vessalius." His decadent face slowly drowned in fear, and his body on the sand moved awkwardly back.

I replied, "I think I have to show you what hell is, and you'll know that you're giving you a chance."

When I finished, I grabbed the blade from the high speed, and then strode forward, approaching him with a heavy step. He immediately stood up and ran. At the same time, he wanted to use his natural force to hinder me from moving forward. However, due to the rapid temperature rise of panic and the change in distance caused by running, the speed at which he manipulated the natural force was ten million times slower than before. Now I'm able to shake off the force of nature before it can create his imaginary picture.

Then, when he thought he had run far enough and wanted to stop and deal with me properly, I called for help from the natural forces, and the wind immediately gathered at my feet to assist me—

"blow!"

Immediately rushed to his side.

"What—"

When I stood up behind him again, he still couldn't react, and he didn't realize what was going on until a trail of blood ran down his cheek and dripped into the sand.

"No... this is... what is this..." he said in a shaky voice.

"Next is your hand." I touched "Emperor Yan" and turned to him, and said to him with the fiercest expression possible: "Don't worry. You will definitely still have your life to compete, but how complete your body will be by then. I don't know."

He was so frightened that he wanted to run away, but he couldn't stand. He fell to the ground, saving me the effort to run over.

"No...wait...wait...Vesarius..."

I ignored his words and raised the blade, and decided to swing it down to his left hand—

"No ah ah ah ah ah!"

With a sound of "Crack!", the back of my sword brushed past his left arm and inserted it into the sand. I'm pretty sure it won't hurt him by doing this, but then he's on the ground, fainting.

Eh?
