The answer is yes. Use either a MINI GPU for case size, or use a PCI-E riser cable to mount the GPU externally like outside the box, so you can use any size of GPU available.

Use either a MINI GPU for case size, or use a PCI-E riser cable to mount the GPU externally like outside the box, so you can use any size of GPU available. But unless you want stuff siting outside the case you wanna buy a MINI GPU, low profile GPU, or whatever it is that your case uses. There’s many kinds of MINI PC, so i can’t just tell what size of a box you’re referring to. Some MINI PC’s are so small you have to use special GPU’s used for laptops. -But in all cases yes you can.

Actually the mini pc depends on the pc you have.

If it support mini graphics cards then you can change, if its OEM designed custom size then you cannot change it due to different measurements.

However if you have a thunderbolt port on your mini pc then you can connect external graphics card.
