久違的做了理性體級次的白色之光靜心冥想，我在做靜心冥想的時候，覺得頭部的能量隨著時間變強烈，到最後甚至有種我只感受到白色之光，我就是白色之光的能量的感覺，一切煩惱與不好的感受都消失了，真不虧是理性體級次，能量真的很強。
