怎樣去安慰有情緒的人… 包括自己。

同事的母親,90歲,在印度的家裡摔了一跤,肋骨斷裂,影響呼吸,氣息微弱,同事立馬買了回印度的機票⋯我為她傷心難過😫

該怎麼安慰她呢?

照顧老人的人的情緒是很緊張的,可能是最重要的第一步是多說安慰的話給他們。

下面的事情可以幫助人,更好地說安慰的話,也能更好地接受別人的安慰。

1. 助聽器
當我先生戴上助聽器的時候,說話很溫柔。不戴時,就會很粗魯地說話,攪亂人心。

2. 睡好覺
電子音樂枕頭也許讓你好好睡覺。白天就會有耐心。

3. 練說話
學語言。這樣可以更好地表達自己。

這3點是照顧老年人的人,自己需要先注意的。然後你才能安慰老人,並且也能帶領老人去注意這3點。
