自製蔥油餅

用爸拔種的蔥做蔥油餅
滿滿的蔥😆滿滿的愛😍

材料:
中粉400g
鹽4g
熱水280g
作法:
揉圓後發個ㄧ小時,再搓8個小圓,就可開工~~
抹油、灑鹽、灑大把蔥,捲起來,我捲完八個圓後,再一ㄧ壓扁,這樣的量做完有八片蔥油餅哦!

記得之前吃完的蔥油餅,不要丟,可重複使用,裝自製蔥油餅,環保又好用,不用再自己裁紙。
