The sixth seal

“I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind.” (NIV, Revelation 6:12/13)

1. The earth was shaken and the sun, moon and stars were struck.

The disaster in the Sixth Seal may have started out as a major earthquake of magnitude 10 or above. Houses collapsed, the ground cracked, people and vehicles collapsed, and the disaster paralyzed the entire world. Immediately afterwards, the sun, moon and stars were struck, and abnormalities occurred in the sky. There was a total solar eclipse, and the sun turned black like wool; there was also a blood moon, and the full moon turned red like blood.

The stars in the sky derailed and fell to the ground. The earth was hit. Buildings exploded and shattered. Gas leaked. Houses caught fire. Fires suddenly broke out. Fires were everywhere and smoke was billowing. The horrifying destruction was far more than a disaster. A comet hits the earth!

When this disaster strikes, only the Lord Jesus is the refuge! Otherwise, no matter where you run, you will not be able to hide. Although you soar like an eagle and make your nest among the stars, the Lord will bring you down from there. Even if you dig through Hades, you will be taken out. You can hide under the sea, and God will send a snake to bite you.

2. Testimony of spiritual father:

When I was a child, it happened to be the Sino-Japanese War, and something happened that still makes me feel vigilant:

One evening after dinner, when people in the village were about to go to bed, a person from nowhere (perhaps an angel) suddenly and urgently shouted to every household, telling us, men, women, old and young, to run away for our lives, at least to a distance away. Safety can only be ensured if this village is thirty miles away. Otherwise, when the Japanese army arrives at dawn, the men will be killed and the women raped, and no one will be able to escape!

Everyone in the village heard the notice, and those who believed it fled overnight! Some were dubious, thinking that they could hide in the dug bunkers and not be discovered if the Japanese army really came. Therefore, this group of people refused to leave. That night, my whole family hurriedly prepared dry food for the road and left with their luggage. At that time, the weather was crisp and clear in autumn, with a cloudless sky and a bright moon in the sky, and we traveled on a night full of stars. I was young and ignorant, and I jumped and jumped without getting tired all the way until I reached my destination.

On the night of arrival, I heard the news from the village. It was true as the man said, all the men were killed and all the women were raped. For those hiding in the cellar, no matter how well you hide them, when the Japanese army comes, they seem to have predicted where you are hiding and will pull them out one by one. No one will be spared! All the prophecies of the man who came to bring the news came true. I offer this testimony as a reference for everyone.

In these last days, you can only accept the salvation of the Lord Jesus, receive the full gospel of blood (repentance), water (baptism), and the Holy Spirit (speaking in tongues), come to the church to worship and serve the Lord, and prepare to welcome your God every day. Pre-victorious rapture is the only way to avoid disaster!

7. At the end of the opening of the sixth seal, the last disaster described is the destruction of the old heaven and earth.

"The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place." (NIV, Revelation 6:14)

1. Both heaven and earth will flee, rolled up like the coat of a scroll.

“Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them.” (NIV, Revelation 20:11)

After the opening of the sixth seal, he said that the heavens were moved away like a scroll; the mountains and islands were moved out of their places. This description of the catastrophic situation is talking about the end of the thousand-year kingdom and the appearance of the great white throne! At that time, the existing heaven and earth will be judged, and they will flee and will no longer be seen (Revelation 20:11).

The great white throne, the spirit is the blazing fire of God! This fire is extremely hot and red-hot, so that it appears white. When the temperature of the furnace on the ground is raised to an intensely high temperature, the fire becomes "white" hot. At the end of the day, the Great White Throne Judgment appears, proving that this is the outbreak of the wrath of God’s fire!

Concerning this old heaven and earth, the Scripture says: “They will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment. You will roll them up like a robe; like a garment they will be changed. But you remain the same, and your years will never end.” (NIV, Hebrews 1:11/12)

2. On that day, the sky will pass away with a loud noise, and everything on the earth will be consumed by fire.

"The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare." (NIV, 2 Peter 3:10)

Nowadays, some people use high technology and spend huge sums of money to build the most advanced underground bunkers, which are equipped with various daily necessities, sufficient food stockpiles, and luxurious and complete facilities...; and claim that in the event of a nuclear war, they can withstand the fire for ten days and ten nights. . These people think they are smart and think that as long as they hide in a man-made shelter, they will be safe! Is this really the case?

On September 27, 2024, Nasrallah, the leader of the Lebanese militant organization Hezbollah, held a meeting with several senior officials in the underground bunker of the Beirut headquarters, about 60 feet (approximately 18 meters) underground in the suburb of Dahiyeh in Beirut. The deep bunker was still bombed by Israel with an 80-ton bomb, killing him in one fell swoop.

Israel has carried out continuous beheading operations. This new and upgraded tactic has made those dictators who rule the country, perhaps for the first time, feel terrified! Ground-penetrating bombs can hit underground facilities more than 50 meters deep, with at least 5 meters of thick steel and concrete. In this way, even an underground bunker 100 meters deep can behead you as long as the enemy knows the location.

This is just an earthly war, not to mention that when the old heaven and earth end and God’s wrath breaks out, how can there be a real place to hide on earth? The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything done in it will be laid bare.

3. The day of God’s wrath has come, heaven and earth are shaking, who can stand!

At the end of the opening of the sixth seal, this is such an earth-shattering shock. The book of Hebrews describes: Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.”The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain. (NIV, Hebrews 12:26-27)

Just imagine, when the day of God's wrath arrives, the existing heaven and earth will be shaken and frightened. The earth will be distorted and deformed due to shaking, and the stars in the sky will be shaken out of their positions! At that time, all creation will tremble and tremble! At that time, even if you were hiding in a strong bunker, built with the highest technology, do you think it would be useful? Can it stand? Can you escape the wrath of God?

The Bible says: Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. They called to the mountains and the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of their wrath has come, and who can withstand it?”(NIV, Revelation 6:15/17)

8. The church is the only refuge

" If you say, “The LORD is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling," (NIV, Psalm 91:9)

1. The church’s overcomers are raptured

“ Beyond all question, the mystery from which true godliness springs is great: He appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the Spirit,was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.” (NIV, 1 Timothy 3:16)

the mystery from which true godliness springs is great. The church of the living God is the body of Christ, the pillar and foundation of the truth. The appearance of God (Jehovah) in the flesh is the only solid refuge (1 Timothy 3:15-16)!

Because in the future everything on earth will be burned by fire; since everything will be destroyed in this way, how holy and godly should we be as people, eagerly looking forward to the day of God when it comes, and envying to enter heaven and obtain the eternal immortality, a kingdom that does not shake.

Before the Lord comes, we must come to the church of the living God according to the promise, coordinate with all the saints, gather together, read the Bible, pray, and preach the gospel... Dear brothers and sisters! You must be alert and prepared every day, do the Lord's work faithfully and diligently, live a godly and holy life, and wait for the rapture at any time!

2. The church is a microcosm of the kingdom of heaven! When we come to the church, we come to the holy city in heaven

“One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.” And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God.” (NIV, Revelation 21:9-10).

The angel wanted to show John the Bride, the Lamb's Wife, but it turned out that he was pointing to the holy city in heaven, the city of New Jerusalem. From this we can see that the church is the bride, the holy wife of the Lamb, and is the holy city of the future Kingdom of Heaven, New Jerusalem, a splendid and beautiful castle!

We are not coming to Mount Sinai, where there is fire, clouds, darkness, stormy winds, the sound of trumpets, and the voice of a voice. Anyone who heard the voice of the Israelites begged that no more words be spoken to them. Rather, we come to the church, which is to Mount Zion, the city of the living God, the holy city of Jerusalem in heaven (Hebrews 12:18, 22).

Heaven is our true and eternal home, and this bright and beautiful holy city is the church appearing in heaven. There are thousands of angels, there is the general assembly of the firstborn sons who are named in heaven, there is the God who judges all, and the souls of the righteous who have been made perfect, and there is Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and there is the precious blood that cleanses the sins of man by sprinkling it. .

3. We do not come to the great white throne, but to the throne of grace in heaven.

“Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” (NIV, Hebrews 4:16)

Moses built the tabernacle. On the ark of the covenant in the Holy of Holies, the place where the two cherubims of the mercy seat met was the place where God and man communicated and talked. No one can enter the Holy of Holies at will. Only the high priest can enter the Mercy Seat of the Holy of Holies once a year on the Day of Atonement. He can go in alone to ask for grace and blessings from the Lord, and bring blood for himself and the people. Atonement.

In the New Testament, the Lord Jesus has become the propitiation! When we enter the Holy of Holies, we do not need to carry the blood of animals like the high priest. Instead, we rely on the precious blood of the Lord. We no longer tremble and fear, but open a new way to enter the Holy of Holies. The Bible says, " Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body," (NIV, Hebrews 10:19-20)

" the curtain, that is, his body " (NIV, Hebrews 10:20) This means that as soon as the body of Christ appears, the veil appears, and we can enter the Holy of Holies in heaven. The following two services are the appearance of the body of Christ (the veil). Through the veil, we can enter the Holy of Holies in heaven and ask God for grace and forgiveness of sins before the throne of grace:

⑴ : All people in the church speak in tongues at the same time

“For we were all baptized by one Spirit (all speak in tongues) so as to form one body (the appearance of the curtain)—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.” (NIV, 1 Corinthians 12:13 )

⑵ . Bread-breaking party

" For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body (the appearance of the curtain), which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.”." (NIV, 1 Corinthians 11:23/24)

Nine, seven seals, seven trumpets, and seven bowls are three plays, three wonderful plays designed by God.

The opening of the first to sixth seals begins with the great tribulation and ends with the millennium. The great white throne appears and God comes to judge heaven and earth! At that time, heaven and earth will flee, the old heaven and earth will be abandoned, and there will no longer be any place to be seen! Just as the scripture describes the opening of the sixth seal: “The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.” (NIV, Revelation 6:14)

From this point of view, the order of disasters in the Book of Revelation is not that the plagues of the seven seals end, then the plagues of the seven trumpets, and finally the plagues of the seven bowls. The order of the seven seals, seven trumpets, and seven bowls of these three visions is not directly related, and they are independent. These are three scripts designed by God, performed in three plays, describing the great disaster from different angles in a thrilling way. According to the content of the scriptures, these three plays are all extremely exciting, and there is no dull moment! In order for us to fear God and avoid the great disaster that will befall the earth.

The great day of the LORD is great and terrible, and no one can withstand it. God has purposed it so, and we should be prepared to meet Him. The Bible says, " Therefore this is what I will do to you, Israel, and because I will do this to you, Israel, prepare to meet your God.." (NIV, Amos 4:12). For this reason, people should be so holy, fasting, weeping, mourning for their sins, and turning to God wholeheartedly, so that they will not fall into terrible disasters.

10. Seventh Seal

" When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. " (NIV, Revelation 8:1)

When the Lamb opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about two moments, that is, about half an hour. This temporary silence showed a serious state, because the angel was about to sound the trumpet and carry out the task of bringing down the disaster. The Lamb has opened all the seven seals, letting us know the horror of the great tribulation! After that, we should be more in awe of God’s wrath, learn from the pain and reflect, and do our best to obey God’s will and strive to be raptured before the disaster!

The seven angels who are in the presence of God have seven trumpets given to them, and they will soon blow the trumpets! God's wrath will come immediately; this second drama is about to take place, and the disastrous disaster will make people tremble and make them breathless! The judgment is severe for those who are stubborn and unrepentant. I hope that people on earth will quickly humbly confess their sins and repent, and accept the gospel of the Lord Jesus: blood (repentance), water (baptism), and the Holy Spirit (speaking in tongues). Not only that, but they must be established in the church and wait for the victory to be raptured and to be taken up into glory!
