The topic " Awareness of Self-Love " came to my mind after a party with friends, because we just talked about some ideas and actions about loving oneself. I love this topic because there is so much to talk about! And the common principle is: talk to the body .
First of all, please think back, how did you love yourself in the past?
Loving yourself , as defined by our society, usually has to do with shopping . From books and magazines, stationery groceries, daily necessities, to designer boutiques, certain courses, a trip, and more. Buying something for yourself is probably the most common situation by our definition. In fact, there is no right or wrong. By giving yourself gifts appropriately, you can get happiness and satisfaction from it, and you will be more motivated. This is a good thing!
However, if in the name of "loving yourself", the desire is infinitely extended, then it is not suitable. Anything is too much. Excessive consumption is not only a waste, but also brings a sense of emptiness rather than satisfaction. Buying for the sake of buying seems to run counter to our original purpose.
Our ultimate purpose is simple, to love ourselves and make ourselves happy . There are many ways to be happy without hurting anyone. Shopping is one of them, as well as eating delicious food, using favorite items, reading an interesting book, listening to music to enjoy, doing sports every day, drawing a picture, researching your own interests, and walking away The travels... are many, many, both material and spiritual. about awareness
As for awareness? It means to observe yourself all the time, to live in the present moment . When I encounter an incident and have some thoughts, after removing the harassment and actions that are really problematic, I have to think about where these emotions come from? Why do I have these exaggerated or uncomfortable reactions? Why do I react so violently to other people's seemingly ordinary things? Is there a place in my heart that has been touched, so I have these actions?
We respond, usually because our own life experiences resonate . One copper plate will not ring, and two copper plates will tinkle. When we begin to have such awareness, behind our emotions, we will see more things that we could not see before. For example, the fear of staying behind in a confined space for a long time is because I was locked in a small room, so I am afraid that I will not be able to get out; Because in the past, when I needed to express my emotions, but I was forced to be quiet, I had to use this silent method to relieve my pressure. There are reasons behind many things.
These are all traumatic memories from the past. Only when we see it and are willing to face it can we open the way to healing. That is, when we are ready, God will give us the opportunity to rectify ourselves . The healing process is not smooth, sometimes it stops, sometimes it recedes, and it fluctuates, just like our lives. However, when you make a change from the inside out, your efforts are never in vain. All the effort you put on your body will be well absorbed and digested by your body, and it will be internalized into your self-restraint and temperament. That is what truly belongs to you, and it cannot be taken away by others, because it is the most precious thing you dedicate to your life. A gift: get to know yourself .
What about practice?
Let's take the example of Miracle itself. When I wrote this article, because of the recurrence of the old disease, the skin condition was actually still recovering. However, compared to the various detox information provided by you, as well as some items that may cause a detox reaction, I know very well that my body needs repair now . Since the old disease relapsed and the skin became inflamed, it has been hard work for a long time, one day, one month, half a year, the time seems to pass quickly, but the most important thing for the skin to recover is time.

This is my practice of awareness . I am aware of what my body really needs and deal with it in the most appropriate way at this moment. We structure our own lives, and in the busy time gap, there is less and less time for yourself . If you're aware of this, but don't know how to improve it, start by adding small things to your life !
