Michelin-starred chef Vikas Khanna, author of the world's most expensive cookbook, has launched a new product after the success of his $13,000 cookbook "Utsav."
This is also a limited edition cookbook. In partnership with NFT platform Akshaya, which comes with an NFT to prove ownership, funds raised from its NFT recipe will be used to fight famine in rural India.
In addition to getting a cookbook in an antique-style maple and walnut box covered in Swarovski crystals, buyers can also get 250 limited-edition NFTs.
Recipe content is
420 pages book and lists 108 sacred recipes from 66 Hindu temples, 5 Gurudwaras, 5 Mosques and/or Dargahs, 2 famous Buddhist monasteries, 1 synagogue and 1 church.

The chef Vikas Khanna's first cookbook, Utsav, is auctioned at Sotheby's. The content of the book is a compendium of Indian festivals and weighs 16 kilograms. It sells for $13,000. All income goes to charity.
The chef also cooks for Madonna and Tom Cruise. Khanna says Cruise's favorite dishes are gobi ka pakoda and lasun ki chutney.
