[Engineering diary of a liberal arts girl] I was a manager for a month

The excitement of a small company? That's because the management system is not stable yet, it's the speed of rapid business expansion, and it's a pace that requires you to get started quickly.

Within a month of my tenure, I basically had to provoke an entire department 70% of the time. Speaking of a department, it's just me and someone who doesn't help me full-time. This is an embarrassing situation because my company's site is scattered in Hong Kong and my company's office is in New Territories East. I have to take care of the front-line backup all by myself, and the pressure generated by the workload and the traffic time is unbelievable.

But this started to force some new skill points out of me.

1. My time management skills have improved
2. My management skills and coordinating skills have started to develop significantly (stagnant in previous jobs)
3. my reporting skills
4. My road idiot is getting better
5. I'm more sensitive to money
6. More use of telephone to handle simple paperwork
