Title: One's Profit Model: Use This Picture to Explore Your Future Road (Business Model You)
By Tim Clark, Alexander Osterwalder, Yves Pigneur
Translator: Cao Xianjin, etc.
Although I haven't read The Profitable Generation yet, I have learned a lot from reading this book. In the face of a constantly changing world, the business models of individuals and companies should be continuously revised in order to effectively meet social needs and create benefits - this theory does not need to be read to know! However, where is your own value, how should you use your talents, what resources are around you, etc., you should construct your own "business model map" with nine elements one by one, then evaluate, revise, and finally put it into action. This is the focus of this book to guide the reader through.
In addition to analyzing the nine elements, the more important thing is to re-examine yourself, re-understand yourself, and even reshape it. Only after clarification can you start the action with an updated version of the business model. Following the guidance, I recalled the ability I was good at in the past, and I was proud of it. Now it is full of dust. It is a pity that I failed to persist. Maybe I was lazy and didn’t choose the difficult path, or maybe I just missed a little push. Fortunately, it's not too late to start now, pick it up bit by bit, and get back to the ideal "right track".
Thanks Mompower Actuarial Mummy Happiness Business School - @Sandy2 Actuarial Mummy Sandy Rabbit and Haocuo founder Laura for organizing the online "non-independent study plan". In order to keep up with the discussion, I purchased " I finally finished reading "One Person's Profit Model" in this month, and I also did some simple exercises (however, the elements need to be written more accurately and in more detail), together with listening to two long-awaited female entrepreneurs It is very inspiring to share your own business model and ideas. Sharing the idea that the two lecturers made me draw the key points right away -
✩ Sandy Rabbit: "Don't start self-exploration in a desperate situation, make yourself a habit, and find a way to do what you want."
✩ Laura: "Pay attention to how you feel and avoid setting a business model out of a sense of scarcity."
This more in-depth online sharing has ended on 11/2 (Tuesday), and those who are interested can still purchase and listen from this link: https://course.mompower.cc/courses/together - can "unlimited" Replay" past course topics and "receive briefings"!
After reading, there are related reading clubs to discuss, which makes people more motivated to plan and practice what they have learned and realized in the book. The only pity is that the time for moms is too short! Looking forward to the next reading session ❤
