Just after the New Year, would it be too scary to write such a terrifying title?

No, in fact, I want to tell a warm story.

The old dean, who passed away a few years ago, is tall and straight, and his voice is loud. Only he has a bad temper, and he is like a tiger with a king. He will roar hysterically at any time. The most famous mantra is,

"What do you dare to do to me, I will kill you!"

The whole hospital was shot by him.

But because the old dean did everything personally, was smart and powerful, everyone was convinced that he was killed by him.

His muzzle was even tasted by people outside the hospital.

A patient is said to have questioned his medical treatment, and he growled without saying a word,

"Haginoro! Get out of here! Never step into my hospital again!"

The patient was driven out alive. Of course, this was a long, long time ago, something that could have happened in those ancient times, so it's a rare thing to talk about in the hospital now.

Although he smelled of dynamite, he was actually a warm person.

He masters the big and small matters inside and outside the hospital, and he sees everything in his eyes. When he didn't see a doctor, if it was raining outside, he would go to the vegetable garden and tell the old sweeper to stop talking!

When I came down from the 2nd floor to support the business on the 1st floor, when everyone questioned my ability, he didn't say a word and patted my shoulder hard, as if to say,

"Sugiyama-kun, you can do it!"

I was slapped with dynamite and seemed to gain a bit of destructive power from him.

He got cancer, and in the last few months, he also sat in the second consultation room every day to see a doctor. During the lunch break, as usual, I sat in the second consultation room reading a book and taking a nap.

At noon that day, I clocked in for work. I passed him carefully, but the sound of the clock still woke him up.

I was a little terrified that dynamite would go off even if I was sick.

"Sorry to interrupt your lunch break." I whispered timidly.

When he stood up, did he fall asleep? Suddenly began to complain loudly,

"My useless son, can't do anything, can't do anything... My rotten daughter-in-law, I've never eaten my daughter-in-law's meal, not once..."

When he was talking about his family affairs, I didn't know how to answer the question. When I was hesitating whether to let go or continue to listen to him, I suddenly received a look in his eyes. Even if a strong person is sick, their eyes are firm. He said,

"Sugiyama! Please, help my wife..."

I was a little frightened by the sudden words, and opened my mouth slightly in surprise, "Huh? What did you say?"

He said again "Please, help my wife..."

He didn't say, help my son. What he said was, help my wife.

Logically, I should have said, "You will live a long life, don't think too much about it, you will get better."

But I can't say it, his face doesn't look like he will live forever. There's no way I could tell such a lie to an old doctor who knew my condition well.

So, I was silent. I didn't even say "Hi!" (meaning (good) in Japanese).

Just like that, both of them were silent.

He seemed tired, and before I could answer, he sat down and closed his eyes. I saluted him and left the consultation room silently.

Two days later, the old dean died.

That was the last time I spoke to him.

Although I didn't promise him at the time, I think my eyes and my heart told him the answer.

(I think you should have seen it in the spirit of the sky. I try to help. Sometimes, I really wish you were there!) I often think so.

As a result, one day, the old dean really appeared...!

Early in the morning, the new dean was furious. When he entered the examination room, there were no nurses. The new dean slammed on the door and shouted,

"Where did the nurses go!! (Angry)"

If I were that patient, I should want to jump off the couch and go home right away.

The new dean rushed out and bumped into me, I thought (bad enough, bump into this...)

After looking at each other for a second, "I'm doing the accounting, you see I'm useless..." I said with my eyes.

The new dean gave me a hygienic eye.

Okay, "I'll call a nurse for you," I said.

Going downstairs, the only one who will die is the dishonest one who lied about the number of overtime. I also gave her a hygiene eye from the dean, "The dean is looking for you, 2nd floor."

She gave me a look of "I already knew, you don't need to call me!".

Did everyone eat dynamite early in the morning? A house of monsters.

Even weirder at get off work.

Collect the money as usual, lock the money box and hand it over to the dean to go home. As soon as you enter the consultation room, it is strange that the dean is not there? I looked around and saw him squatting in the corner, startling me.

Pointing to the dean, he made eye contact with the other nurse, "What are you doing now?"

The nurse pulled me aside and whispered,

"He said he saw his dad."

Clam? ! Made me almost spit it out. When I saw his dad, I also saw my grandpa!

Now the most qualified person in the entire hospital is the old director, what's there to be afraid of!

It's good to see the old dean. I also want to tell the old dean about your stinky bastard!

"What now?" I said,

"Anyway, he's right next door, tell the old doctor, let's go home!" the nurse suggested.

All right, just do it!

Everyone with bags on their backs filed past the new dean, who crouched there like a helpless child.

Just as I was about to reach the security gate, I heard "Sugiyama~~" from behind.

No way? ! (shocked) Why are you calling me?

"What?" I braked and turned back.

"You go up to the fourth floor and bring me an incense," the dean said.

Clam? me?

I said, "I can't get in without the key to the fourth floor." I thought you'd go get it yourself, I'm going home. Turn around and prepare to go,

The dean suddenly said, "I'll give it to you." He took out a bunch of keys.

No way? ! No one can see my face twitching when I wear a mask.

If you're tough, it's pitch black as soon as you go up to the fourth floor. The first time you come up at night, I don't even know where the light switch of your home appliance is, okay? Ji Zhongshengzhi took my mobile phone flashlight and took a picture. The light of the mobile phone turned the faces of every god and Buddha on the altar into black and blue.

There are rare treasures collected by the old dean on the altar. In the dark, half of the face is lit as if smiling. It makes me horrified. I finally touched the incense. I quickly flashed to the first floor and handed over my super mission to the dean. .

Why is the incense I brought so short?

(No! Your family only has this kind of thing. Who knows where your parents' incense sticks are? And I'm afraid you won't have enough, so I'll give you one!) I murmured in my heart.

It seems that there are ghosts in a very strange atmosphere, and there are people who are arguing about the length of the incense, one or a handful? If the old dean was really beside him, he should have three lines on his face, right?

"You go out! It's better if you don't stay here," said the new dean.

Pretending to be a mystery, I don't want to watch it either. That's your father and son's business. Fuck me.

No matter how noisy you are when you are alive, heaven and man are separated forever, and you can continue to quarrel. This father and son are truly amazing.

I try to understand the mood of the new dean.

An eldest man who grew up in the shadow of his father. A reading machine that is required to read books well and do nothing since childhood. A rich second-generation who grew up with servants to serve at home and extended his hand for tea. A great dean's father from childhood to adulthood was always absent, and he was shot to death as soon as he appeared.

As long as his heart is puzzled, he will never be able to enter the manager mode and become a real dean.

However, the person who made a knot with him is already dead.

No matter how unwilling he is, as long as the father column of his household registration has the old dean's name on it, he is doomed to never get rid of it for the rest of his life.

Even if it is a ghost, it will not disperse.

This story of father and son, I have to stop writing here. Although the new dean is still halfway there, I think the old dean already knew what the end would be, before he died.

Big ginkgo and small red maple, even if they are both trees, everyone has their own attributes, respect each other and grow up. I hope that all the two generations in the world will let go of their knots and loneliness, and grow up with each other, so that everyone can catch the light on the top of the treetops,

Do not leave regrets.

(Finish)

Big ginkgo and small red maple, everyone has their own attributes. I hope that all parents and children in the world will grow up with each other, let go of their pimples and hatred, and look at the sky together until they reach the light of the treetops.
