Japanese health check-up tips
After coming to Japan for so many years, I have done many health checks. According to my ancient impression, Japan is not much different from Taiwan at that time. At most, Japan is more meticulous, but after so many years, Taiwan should also make some progress, maybe it has surpassed Japan.
I did a health check this week and noticed that some small things have changed, so I will chat about my experience this time. However, as a kind reminder, it is best not to watch while eating before continuing to read.
Before the day of the health check, you must prepare 2 tubes of stool and 1 tube of urine samples at home. Of course, Japan also exerts its good skills in this regard, so that users can handle it properly and conveniently as much as possible. The stool sample is provided with a piece of water-soluble paper, which is laid in the toilet to undertake, and then scraped off with a detection stick. After processing, flush the paper and other objects cleanly.
In the past, the urine sample was provided with a small folding box, and then poured into a small tube similar to a test tube to seal. There is a little trouble with this approach. Pour into a small tube. If you accidentally shake your hand, it will spill out into the other hand...
People with big nerves like me can wash their hands afterwards and it will be fine. People who are obsessed with cleanliness should be disgusting for a long time.
The purpose of providing new props this year is to solve this pain point. After reading the instructions, I have to admire the Japanese again. There are people who keep thinking and trying to solve such a small place.
Before use, connect the 2 pipes into one. When using, hold the upper end with one hand, and hold the XX with the other hand, and aim at the opening and shoot directly into it. After it is full, take it apart, put the upper end of the tube into the lower end of the tube, tighten the seal, and you're done! All in one go, no more worrying about getting your hands dirty. It is not easy to understand just by looking at the text description, but it should be easier to understand by comparing the photos.
In addition, this little prop has applied for a patent, and it is best not to "pay tribute" at will. Creativity is hard to come by, but plagiarism is easy, but it stifles the will to innovate.
Japan is also covered by health insurance for all people. Generally, the deductible is 30%. Some local governments will subsidize 30% of the population under the age of 15, that is, 0 deductible. For those with insurance, a regular health check will be arranged every year. I haven't noticed it since I was a few years old. I only know that there are office workers. The attitude of colleagues in the company, especially young Japanese people, towards health checks is worth pondering.
According to my own understanding, the purpose of the health check is to detect the danger signs that are not easy to detect at ordinary times. Through "blood test" and "urine test", etc., we can see the health status of red (white) blood cells and platelets, and judge whether there is anemia. , coagulation and other abnormalities. The urine test can also understand the kidney function and find out whether there is inflammation, stones, diabetes and other diseases.
And young Japanese colleagues almost always say in a frolic a while before the health check that they should reduce bad habits such as smoking and staying up late, hoping to get better results when they get the check report, that is, full A. According to my observation, some people have to arrange re-examination in order to avoid the score being too low, which is troublesome. The other kind of person is self-confident that they are young and rich, and don’t take health check very seriously, but their scores are too low, and they have psychological problems, but they don’t want to improve.
Looking back now, I seem to have had this tendency in the past. Now that I am older, I will have various small problems from time to time. Only by facing the health examination honestly can we find the hidden problems of the body. Sometimes I even feel that doing it once a year is not enough, and occasionally I think that it is not bad to arrange twice a year.
