Q Bo is not doing business with a small diary-Day 69
Two things happened in the company today that I am very excited about! One that lifts my mood at the moment, the other that frustrates me but is grateful(?!)
Let me talk about the happy things first!
In today's meeting, the supervisor Shero gave me a big compliment! Ever since I knew I was someone in need of encouragement, I always wanted to meet a boss who would compliment me.
Thanks! God bless, finally let me meet! (Haha! How boring was it before?)
What moved me even more was that Shero also reminded me to learn to put myself in the perspective of a leader, and to think about things with the attitude of being a supervisor in the future. She also told me that she set me up that way, so look forward to my progress!
In addition, the general manager also asked me today if I would like to have the opportunity to give speeches in the future and assist in the education and training of the business side from a professional perspective. If I don't reject it, I'll give it a try when I have a chance~
Although I love to speak, but speaking to the public feels like a professional skill... Later... I'll talk about it when I really encounter it.
Now, let's talk about the places that make me feel a little frustrated...
Today, Shero told me to do an overview of the project structure, using a one-page PPT presentation for the project we are currently busy with, including the core technology, the applicability of the results, and possible business niches.
To be honest, I feel a little lost right now. After discussing with Shero again, she said that it would be good to write down all the things we talked about before in points and blocks...
In my limited imagination, I quickly put the information together and handed it over to her. She took a look and reminded me that I should put some content on the future business opportunities... However, she said that she would first see what elements could be added, and then she would give me a reference.
Shortly after, I received Shero's finishing, and I really thought it was amazing! But I was also a little troubled inside, and I felt that I couldn't do it... Until Shero said to me, "You only need to watch this once and you will know how to do it."
I said that these structures were not in my head at all... Shero said, "Teaching is good, and you have things in your head that I don't know. Learn from each other."
Well... hearing this... I feel moved again ❤️
yes! At least today I learned how to concisely present the product introduction from the company's corporate perspective!
Like my work? Don't forget to support and clap, let me know that you are with me on the road of creation. Keep this enthusiasm together!
