Production process:

1. Pour the surfactant and nutrients into the basin.

2. Wear gloves and stir well.

3. Then pour the emulsifier into the steel cup and heat it in water until it melts.

4. Pour the melted emulsifier into the mixing bowl and stir again.

5. Take out the plastic bag sleeve and push the mold to press it inside. ※The plastic bag can prevent the material from being too wet and difficult to push out

6. Fill the material into the push mold.

7. Since the emulsifier will harden when it cools down, it is necessary to complete the compression molding as soon as possible.

8. After the mold is pushed out, the shampoo cake is finished!

★Tips: The shampoo cake can be used after air-drying for about 2~3 days.
