Of course, if you can get an ultrasound, it will be more accurate to determine the inflammation and swelling.
So how to make it better?
1. Of course, the main thing is to reduce the use, take more rest (well! I know it's impossible...), or slightly change the posture when outputting, or supplement it with auxiliary protection.
