【Very Short Story】Gossip

Every day I turn on the TV or the Internet, and it is filled with a bunch of unnutritious news and gossip. I really don’t understand the mood of the people who wrote these things. Maybe it’s just a job. Getting promoted and getting rich, as for morality and justice, it doesn't matter at all.

Because the audience loves it!

Because the audience is bloodthirsty!

Because the quality of the audience is just like that!

Because everyone's life is too stressful, we need to relieve pressure!

The answers to all of the above are yes, thus creating the current absurd situation.

From another perspective, perhaps the sacrifice of a small number of people can be exchanged for the peace of the whole society! how to say? I guess some people were originally cynical and wanted to kill themselves or do harm to others, but when they saw these messy news, they suddenly felt relieved. It turns out that other people’s lives are more painful than their own, and it turns out that other people’s fate More miserable than myself, this is much better than those inspirational books!
