Sometimes, I forget to think about what happiness is?

But when I forget how to think, I am not necessarily unhappy at the moment.

Happiness may not be for thinking, but for feeling. It wasn’t until the days that belonged to life had passed for several days that I gradually understood that happiness should not be used to set the goals of adult life. Happiness should be a kind of pure The feeling of living in the moment.

Goals are meant to be achieved, or approached. If you set happiness as a goal, then it's like declaring that you are not so happy right now.

I used to feel like I was going to be happier and happier. But what is happier, happier? With the word "more", it seems to imply that he is not completely satisfied with the present.

I am happy, I am happy.

The joy may not be that one day if I can go to Argentina to eat the orthodox Spanish potato omelette, the joy is that I have just fried the chorizo eggs on the table.

Happiness is not imagining getting on a plane to travel around the world, but happiness is that I stand by the window and watch a helicopter slowly fly by.

Happiness is not to own a precious palm parrot, but to open the window and see the turtledove stealing a piece of radish from the family in the field.

If I am happy, I may not have to go anywhere, just stay in the moment without rushing, only in this way, I will not miss raising my head just as the sun shines through the leaves and sprinkles on my face.

Happiness is when I think of you, and I know that sometimes you think of me too.
