"There is no dead line, there is no kinetic energy."
Everyone procrastinates to some extent, especially when it comes to goals that only concern themselves.
Although we know that goal is very important and can greatly change our life, it will be fine if we don’t do it. It is easier to continue to procrastinate. Although I feel a little anxious when I see other people achieve various goals, I can't help the heart that wants to procrastinate.
Because there is no other person to drive, there will be no big loss if you don’t do it, and there is no dead line that must be completed, so you can delay it.
Even if you feel that you can’t do it, the goals you have set for a long time keep circling in your mind, reminding you from time to time that there is such an important thing, even so, you can continue to procrastinate.
The pursuit of your goals is usually your own. Whether you achieve it or not, no one will care about you. No one will care when you start or do what you do. When you have to finish it, and more No one will force you to do it.
So it is extremely difficult to achieve your goals. If you don’t have extreme enthusiasm and desire, it may be difficult to persevere in the long pursuit process.
What is even more difficult is that even if you have a deep passion and desire for your goals, it is still difficult to keep moving forward. A variety of events and emotions along the way get in the way.
At this time, it is difficult to improve the efficiency, and the quality of the products will not be good.
After completing a big goal for this year two months ago, I thought about it for a while. I originally wanted to start a new goal, but I thought I couldn’t finish the goal like this and then I don’t care about anything. It took nearly a year to reach it. , how can you leave it like this.
Because the promotion was too much trouble and I didn’t know what to do, it was faster to give up than to procrastinate, but then I decided that since I’ve done it to such an extent, I can’t let so much effort go to waste.
I started thinking about how to promote the plan I had done before, and I fell into a wave of endless delays until yesterday, because some special content had to be completed before Saturday. Although I was very anxious, I didn’t expect that I would spend only money very quickly. I finished writing the content of the e-newsletter in half the usual time, and I also started to write some special content that must be completed. The efficiency is much higher than before.
I just found out that the power of deadlines is so powerful, it can make people stop procrastinating, and the efficiency is greatly improved, and it is completed unconsciously. It doesn't require special focus and it doesn't let the focus run away.
And these are all thanks to dead lines, especially those related to other people, where something has to be done to someone before a certain point in time. This kind of dead line is the best. It’s like teaching homework at school, or participating in an event and having to send out your work before a certain date, it can be very useful to make us really move and really accomplish something.
When you want to achieve something but always delay, set a deadline for yourself, or agree a deadline with a friend, it is better to have a more formal deadline.
Having a dead line where everything has to be done means that no matter how much you try to procrastinate or how much you can’t figure out what to do, you’ll find a way to get it done.
