As people grow up, some bad habits can be erased as if they never existed. Some of them are deliberately changed, perhaps to meet someone's request, or because we realize the problem. Whether you are for others or yourself. That experience will be unforgettable..

Everyone has different bad habits as they grow up. Some bad habits will accompany you throughout your life, as if you were destined to change, or because of your character. If it is caused by character, then there is nothing to say. Because character is inherent, there is no difference between good and bad. If you really want to do good and bad for the character. Then in a specific case, the bad habits brought about by the character will affect the final direction of the result. Sometimes in the good direction, sometimes in the bad direction, basically, our intuition tells us one by one.

Psychologists have also analyzed and discussed this. They believe that human habits (good and bad) can be told in terms of behavior and analyzed in terms of character . Among them, the most famous is Freud's psychoanalysis , but many of his discourses and theories are considered to be unable to prove wrong. Some are even more outrageous for future generations to find out. (To be scolded by his fans~) But his contribution is not without, and even in the psychology of later generations, the new Freudian school appeared as the mainstream (the name of the super middle school 2^^). Freud's most famous theory - id , ego and superego . I believe everyone has seen that glacier shape. Many people use it to say that the glacier map of the Deep Web website is the same. Freud pointed out that many of our actions and personalities are unconscious, the best example being dreams. Only a few are conscious.

Stop the black question mark first! ? I try to illustrate with the simplest example.

You can imagine the id as a naughty kid who will keep trying to play tricks whenever he gets the chance. Maybe he would want to throw a water polo on someone else's head without thinking much about the consequences. At this time, the child's thoughts are discovered by the father (self) . The father immediately stopped the child's thoughts, because the father knew that he had tried it himself when he was a child, but was scolded, so he just wanted to ease his son's thoughts. How do you know, the BOSS at home - the mother (superego) found out, decided to warn them, and told the son why the problem was with this behavior. (I wonder if this example is simple enough?!)

For bad habits, Freud thought it was due to the influence of your environment, including your parents, people close to you, and friends. So, you can take your bad habits that others brought to you. crooked!

Speaking of myself, I often compete with other people on things to the end and often do things the best (perfectionism) . Especially in the reading stage, I am very concerned about my grades (ie now). In order to improve my grades, I will keep saying to my brain: "Look, what Xiao Ming can do, you must do better!" In this way, I will keep forcing myself to do everything perfectly, almost meet your own requirements. However, I set my requirements so high that I often spent nights working on papers and work.

Recently, I have made the same mistake again. A lot of stress also comes from this bad habit. Fortunately, I have completed my first semester of university ^^. Even though bad habits are so nasty and hard to break, this is you. Bad habits increase or decrease over time, but are also little memories growing up.

Are bad habits also obeying the law of conservation of energy! ? Every time you quit a bad habit, you will unconsciously add another bad habit. Try to think carefully.
