Parents' self-inflicted

In principle, every parent hopes to teach their children well, even if they can't cultivate perfect people without flaws, at least they can teach their children to be civilized, courteous, caring and respectful of others. However, when the parents themselves have problems with their own words and deeds, how can children develop correct morals and values? Teaching by example is more important than teaching, and sometimes no matter how many times parents tell their children, they are not as influential as their own behavior.

As the saying goes, the same rice raises a hundred kinds of people, so I should not take offense at all the strangeness of parents, but when I meet a parent who is arrogant and unreasonable, I still can't help shaking my head and sighing.

Recently, at the ice skating rink, I witnessed a seven- or eight-year-old boy stepping on his mother-in-law who was sitting on the public seat because he was lining up to enter the arena. Because the boy was wearing roller skates, you can imagine how painful it was for the mother-in-law to be stepped on. At that time, the mother-in-law just let out a low cry, but the boy ignored it and continued to step on the sole of his mother-in-law's foot again. The mother-in-law was in pain, and out of instinct, she pushed the boy away lightly. At this time, the mother who had been standing beside the boy came to realize it. I thought she would either teach the boy to apologize to his mother-in-law, or stop the boy from walking again, but the mother blamed her mother-in-law with disgust: "You know the children are lining up, so you You shouldn't be sitting here."

The mother-in-law was stunned for a moment, then lowered her head in grievance and remained silent. As a bystander, I was furious. Is it wrong for my mother-in-law to sit in the public seat? Did the boy step on his mother-in-law twice because she deserved it? Even if the mother-in-law sits here is really wrong, can the boy step on someone as a matter of course, and even a sorry sentence after stepping on the person is considered redundant?

How easy it is to take anger at others, condoning the child's fault and disapproval can be out of the instinct to protect the child, but in the end it will only bring about a vicious circle. Children who grow up under the guidance of such parents will swear to become irresponsible in the future, and they will blame others for the first time they do wrong.

What you sow will reap the fruits, how you teach your children you will get what kind of children, and in the future, if the children are unsatisfactory, they will go home and criticize their parents, asking them why they want to give birth to him and raise him when they know the world is so bad. It's nothing more than a parent's self-inflicted burden.
