1. Stay hydrated

2. Exercise regularly

4. Stay away from unhealthy foods and get important nutrients
Don't forget to eat breakfast, get plenty of vitamins, protein, and fiber, and avoid foods that are high in salt, sugar, or calories.
5. Cut down on sitting and playing with your phone
Exercise doesn't make you less sedentary. Even people who exercise regularly can increase their risk of diabetes, heart disease or stroke by spending a lot of time sitting in front of a computer. You can move around your office or room after a long period of sitting to get your body moving.
People with severe chronic diseases, including extreme obesity, diabetes and heart disease, are at higher risk for complications and serious illness after contracting COVID-19. If you maintain good habits in your daily life, the risk of developing these chronic diseases will be greatly reduced. Even if you accidentally contract new coronary pneumonia, you can also reduce the probability of complications.
