There is still no microwave oven in my hometown in Hong Kong, because my mother believes in the theory that "microwaves cause cancer". I know that microwave ovens are supposed to be a substitute for cooking food on an open flame, but I still can't accept the advanced concept of "put food in a box for three minutes and eat it". No matter how busy I am, I will not eat Western ready meal.
Recently, many friends have joined the ranks of chefs. From the beginning, they didn't know the noodles, to the three dishes and one soup. Recently, I have seen a lot of bread and even snacks on IG. Picking up the wok and shovel makes people think about food at the same time, what did we put in the entrance every day before?
