Word makes 'title bar' visible on every page

After sorting out the information, you need to send the information to the manufacturer/customer. Usually the first page will be beautifully done, and then the second page does not have the item in the title column? The third and fourth pages are also missing, and until the last page, the whole document will look a little off paint (Taiwanese).

Even the cat can't stand it, and the eyes are heavy.

It’s okay to look at the information internally, but if it is to be sent to the customer/manufacturer, the entire document should at least look beautiful as a whole, which is also a respect for the manufacturer/customer. Otherwise, the other party will think that you have not even confirmed the information, so dare to send it to me? What do you take me for?

Manufacturers/customers have a helpless face + a face of contempt <Image source: Dcard>

Otherwise, if it were you, it would seem really weird to receive a document with "no title item" starting from the second page. Especially when there are too many items, you have to go back to the first page to confirm what each column is talking about.

"Split, Freeze Pane" is most commonly used in excel tables. The main purpose is to prevent the item descriptions in the top bar from disappearing when the scroll is pulled down.

For example: When you want to look down to the data in the 100th column, will the items in the 1st column disappear? So, usually we use split and freeze panes to keep the items in column 1 always on top.

Let me tell you secretly~ In fact, word also has this function.

However, word's is called "repeat when the title column is at the top of each page", which is equivalent to "split and freeze panes" of excel. Also a pretty useful feature

After setting, the item title of the first column in word only needs to be done once, and there is no need to redo it every page, because I have done such strange things before, constantly wasting time to rework myself on some weird little places .

After learning this, don't forget to compare yourself to it! <Image source: imgflip>

As far as I know, not many people do this trick. Or are there actually a lot of people? Orz
