Service attitude often affects performance, this is the unchanging truth.

How a person views his work can be seen from his attitude towards work. Usually people with a passion for service are more likeable, and I am no exception.

Have you ever had a similar experience, going to a store or department store, and buying items that were not originally on the shopping list because of the attitude of the staff? I had such an experience.

Usually I mostly don't go out shopping (I'm lazy) unless I have to buy something. I remember going shopping with my sisters and seeing a thermos in a department store. It was a style I liked, so I stopped and thought maybe I should prepare a thermos for winter needs.

It was a counter specializing in thermos kettles. The one I saw was a little different from the one I wanted, so I asked the lady in the counter a few more questions. The lady in the counter was indifferent and told me impatiently. In addition to this function, I have to go to the "general" store to have it. Her poor attitude not only made people feel disrespected, but also meant to be belittled, as if I couldn't afford the items in the department store, and my sisters pulled me away and told me not to stay in this cabinet purchase.

Because of her attitude, we went to other counters, and there happened to be another counter that sold thermos. The same was imported from Japan, and it was also a well-reviewed kettle. The counter lady introduced it kindly and politely, and took the trouble to take it. I came up with several styles for our reference. The final result, of course, was that she had a good performance, and I also bought a thermos that I liked.

Service attitude often affects performance, this is the unchanging truth.

The mail here at my house is carried out by two postmen taking turns, and one of them just does his job: delivering letters . There is no expression, his eyes are always a little indifferent, and sometimes he doesn't even want to answer our questions. Although he knew their hard work, there was always an uncomfortable feeling, but he still did his job seriously: delivering letters .

The other has a warm and friendly attitude, and knows who is delivering the letter today as soon as he hears the voice. Whenever you hear this kind and gentle voice shouting loudly in the room: "xx number registration, I'll come back later." (This means that he has given you enough time to put on a mask and walk from upstairs to downstairs to collect letter, from which we can see his thoughtfulness towards people)

This is a postman I admire very much. They run outside for a long time. In fact, he doesn't need to be so enthusiastic, as long as he does his work like another postman. But he always completed his work with such enthusiasm and energy, and the letters he received from him felt empowering. Even if it's a fine, it's pleasant to receive the moment. (Although I'm secretly crying in my heart)

We all like to be treated so enthusiastically by others, especially in the service industry, but do we also accept our work with the same attitude, and eagerly show our due professionalism and philosophy?

This is also the person I have always wanted to be, but medical work is difficult to keep smiling all the time. I work hard to face every patient who comes in, but I cannot maintain my eternal affinity or patience.

I remember accompanying my father to see a doctor at the Veterans Hospital more than ten years ago. On that day, I fully felt that these nurses showed their love and patience to the elderly uncles.

We all know that older people have poor hearing ability. They may have to say a word three or four times before they can hear it, and sometimes even say it more times. Therefore, if you look at an old man's time, if you change it to an ordinary person, you can probably watch three to four people. The efficiency of seeing the elderly's diagnosis is quite low, but these nurses still use such a gentle and kind attitude to talk to these uncles, which really makes me admire.

This is the professional work attitude.

I sincerely hope that I can also become a professional assistant, someone who will make others feel warm. Even if it's not easy.
