  • How can the few rule over the many? through fear. When the majority ceases to feel fear, rule ceases to exist. When only real physical violence can be resorted to, the dictator has reached his final stage.
  • Someone will definitely say, "It's useless, you won't be able to defeat him like this." But movements don’t have to have specific demands, because courage is a demand in itself. In public, saying that sentence that you would never dare to say is the result of the movement. When Voldemort's name was spoken, his power was weakened.
  • The importance of the street is to let every isolated and helpless individual feel the existence of partners who share the same idea. This presence is manifested to all, and thus to courage. Public words are actions.
  • More importantly, the public street rallies tested the water level of their peers, allowing participants to gain confidence and feel their own strength. Without actual action, it is difficult to break the prisoner's dilemma: it is meaningless for one person to take to the streets, ten people will be arrested if they take to the streets, and 10,000 or 100,000 people will become a force that makes rulers dare not act rashly . But how to confirm that the other 10,000 people will really act, rather than wait and see? Through practical actions, people affirm each other's level of belief. This is the basis for the next move.

  • There will definitely be more censorship, arrests, bans, more involuntary coercion, and greater unfreedom will come to this land. They slow down the speed of movement without actually threatening it, and instead allow people to build up more energy.
  • What really hurts the movement is division, disintegration and stigma. There are many ways to inflame the movement and turn the mostly on the sidelines into antipathy. People will switch from fear of rulers to fear of "chaos" and accept the status quo.
  • Therefore, it is necessary to maintain the greatest degree of restraint, click as far as possible, and stop as soon as it is good. The crowd has been mobilized, but not yet to the point where the dictator's coup de grace has been dealt. At the current level of mobilization, participants have gained valuable experience, accumulated courage, established connections, tested the water level of their peers' ideas, and gained confidence. On this basis, hold your breath, don't rush forward, and don't let the enemy use the chaos to stigmatize the movement.
