【Weight Loss Journey Day 219】Restart exercise
I started to lose weight at the beginning of this year, and my weight has indeed improved significantly, from a peak of 220 pounds to a current 188 pounds. The waist has also gone from 43 inches to the current 37 inches.
Of course, the most grateful thing is the drop in blood pressure, from the high blood pressure that used to be 180-200 degrees, to the current high blood pressure between 130-145.
My "weight loss road" slowed down on the 100th day. In the past, I used to exercise for at least half an hour every day. Now I am really lazy.
Yesterday, I joined as a tester of the Alpha version of a sports AI app, so I started to exercise again.
This morning, the first test was a one-minute squat. This year, I haven't practiced squats at all, and I lost the strength in the first 30 seconds or so, and barely managed to squat for a minute. However, for the second "palm press" test, I just skipped it, and maybe I will do it again tonight.
Being a tester of a sports app is indeed a good way to force exercise. At least a sense of oppression.
