Chaos Daily Essay | Sincerity
Knowing this earlier, why bother?
If you had known for a long time that being kind and sincere to everyone would not necessarily respond to you in the same way , would you still do it?
My answer is yes, and 100% yes.
Because I never do it to get a response when I treat people like this, but I believe it should be done in the first place.
choose
Recently, I have been chatting with many friends about "being sincere ". They admired how I could be so honest with everyone, and I always laughed and said it was a choice .
The wonderful thing is that although I have mentioned this matter to different friends, it is always only a fellow person on the road of philosophy who can become the last straw for me to write .
They feel that the older they get, the harder it is to do so , because they have more concerns, and they don’t know if they can get a response when they treat each other so sincerely, and sometimes they even worry about whether they will be overshadowed.
I can fully understand this feeling, worrying about my sincerity being trampled on by others , and worrying about whether it is helpful or harmful to build an image in the workplace, and life has become more and more complicated.
So, can I be sincere because life is simple ? I must say, the answer is no .
learn to be happy
I pondered these questions in the sunset, recorded the process of thinking with these words, and listened to An Pu's song " Decision " in the headphones: I decided to make myself happy.
"It doesn't matter if there's the sun outside the window, no matter how many annoying things there are, no matter if love finds its place or not. It's as simple as breathing, I've never tried it. Happiness and freedom are very similar , as long as I'm happy, I'll be very happy. It's different. I decided to be happy, I'm going to do it today, I decided to make myself happy."
Happiness is of course a choice , and we must also be who we are, who makes us happy. The enemy of the will is the past, so we must pay more attention to the present.
Own
We can only be happy if we allow ourselves to be who we are, this is what Nietzsche told me.
I'm only happy when I'm honest with everything , that's what I told myself.
Like my work? Don't forget to support and clap, let me know that you are with me on the road of creation. Keep this enthusiasm together!
