Until today (the ninth day after the vaccination), I feel that my energy has recovered a little, but when I exercise at home, I find that my physical strength has dropped significantly. The three or four movements that I easily completed two weeks ago have become a bit difficult. Vaccination? Not vaccinated?

The most uncomfortable feeling of the first dose last year was that my arm was stiff for several days. The second dose of numbness at the site of the injection was much milder, but the body often felt tired and lethargic for the next week. On the contrary, the adverse reaction of the third dose was It's the worst. I don't plan to get the fourth dose in the future, and I don't want to get any more injections if I have to.
