Vote directly with LikeCoin: Numbers x LikeCoin Proposal
LikeCoin holders (hereinafter referred to as Liker) can finally vote directly. In the past, if Liker wanted to influence the proposal, he could only delegate the voting power to the "representative" - the validator, and let the validator use the delegated voting power to vote on the proposal on your behalf.
"Representative Government" and "Direct Democracy" Coexist
Unlike the general understanding of direct democracy, Liker can still delegate validators to vote on their behalf, but can also bypass the delegated validators and use their voting rights to vote directly at any time. This hybrid mechanism, which we call "liquid democracy", has another name in the blockchain world: Bonded Proof of Stake (BPoS).
Not everyone is interested in participating in governance. However, when you want to participate, you always have that right.
Any Liker is a stakeholder, and the amount of LikeCoin held represents the size of the voting power. Likers can vote on one of four options on governance proposals: yes, no, strong disagreement, or abstain. See this article for detailed governance procedures.
In fact, the community has passed a resolution to support direct democracy last year , but since this function can only be put into production after the LikeCoin chain is upgraded to the FoTan version , Liker can vote directly after the upgrade is completed last month.
Enthusiastic community members have written articles on how to vote and guides have been written throughout the LikeCoin book . In fact, the voting process is simple and straightforward, even if there is no guide article, you will not be stumped. I encourage you to roll up your sleeves and try it out and cast your first vote.

Current Proposal: Numbers x LikeCoin Cooperation Proposal
After the direct democracy function was launched, the first community governance proposal was: a cooperation proposal between Numbers Protocol and LikeCoin . You may be wondering why the cooperation between the two projects requires community voting to decide? Wouldn't it be better for the executive team to decide for themselves?
The reason is: the content of the cooperation involves the use of the LikeCoin ecological development fund pool, which is the fund that all Likers can participate in deciding how to spend. If the motion is passed, Numbers and the LikeCoin community will exchange tokens worth $50,000, which is approximately 2 million LikeCoins at the current market price.
Numbers Protocol is committed to enhancing content authenticity with blockchain technology. If you want to know more about what Numbers is doing, in addition to referring to their blog articles , it is recommended to download the Capture mobile app and experience it directly.
