This is a real daily reality variety show in Thailand called < Safe House> , which invites a group of good friends to live together in < Safe House> for 14 days, play and live together. There is no special script to see them eat together without makeup. Of course, the program team will still arrange activities and there must be a script. Other times you can see actors chatting, eating and sleeping kind of chill. (I haven't read it yet because it's not powerful enough to understand Thai directly)

When I was a student, because I didn't have a lot of money, I couldn't splurge everywhere to play.
Now at work, because I have to work to make money, I have less time to go out and play.
We are always in the moment thinking about what we can't get, and regretting how poor we are.

In the past three months of work and life, I want to go out to play, but because of this job, I can't decide my own holiday at will. I need to worry about the time my colleagues want to take a holiday, so I have to compromise and coordinate with others. day.

1. Eat a favorite snack or meal
If I usually get off work, I will buy a delicious food to reward myself, and I will not buy it every day. After all, earning hard money is all about enjoying life. Supplementing foods high in sugar will make people feel better. (But please do not eat too much in moderation)
I've fallen in love with a Thai drink called Pink Frozen Milk for the past three months. It is full of condensed milk, sugar water, and milk to form a super sweet but full of milk flavor. It is about 1.5 times sweeter than the full sugar of Taiwan's hand-cranked drink, but it is very healing after drinking (completely turned into an ant)
It is not unreasonable to see sloths eating everywhere every day. Eating well is also a way to enjoy life and a way to heal yourself.
2. Watch a relaxing series, movie, music
I really fell directly into the Thai albums in the past six months. If you watch my Xiangte City, you will know that I will update <One Thai Song a Day> Why I fall in love with the Thai albums, although he is really a dog Bloody, but every work has an important message that the director wants to convey, and then it starts to fall into the pit of Tai when it feels that Thai sounds very good.
(Of course I also observed how Thailand marketed, packaged and promoted their culture and goods, which will be discussed in the next article)
For me, watching a short variety show, an album, a song, I can relax, because at the moment I know that I don't have to work, I can empty my head, just do what I like, or even Find a place to hang out afterward. If you can't have a happy holiday, you can prepare a pocket list for going out to play first, so that you can have more motivation.
3. Let your body move
Go out for a 10-minute walk after get off work or visit a nearby store. It's actually very tiring after work, but sometimes there may be unexpected gains when I go out for a walk, and I accidentally discover new shops and exotic foods.
Of course, if you have spare energy, you can also exercise a little, which will also make you feel refreshed.
4. Take good care of your heart
No matter what state he is in now, he accepts him, sleeps when he is tired, eats when he is hungry, and asks for leave early that day if he does not want to go to work. Sometimes you can be self-willed, spoil yourself for a while, and write a small diary. A brief recharge can make you happier. Taking care of your own heart is to put yourself first at the moment, other people and things are not important. How much spare energy to take care of others or things.
The most important thing to live in the moment is to let yourself live in the most comfortable state and not to feel wronged. It sounds simple, but it is really difficult. In life, we are facing family, workplace, and friends. We all need to be there for each other. And catering to or running in, sometimes really makes you feel wronged. (Making yourself happy without disturbing others is the first step to really relaxing)
What if I'm someone who is easily nervous, sensitive, perfectionist, and thinks a lot?
I offer my method to everyone, first find a place where you won't be disturbed, then focus on breathing five times, even if you can't do it, it doesn't matter, keep doing it until you feel better, and then ask yourself what your current state needs What? Whether you need to rest, eat, or talk to yourself. Then do things that will make you happy. If you don’t, tell yourself that it’s okay, no matter what the situation is now, it’s not bad for me to accept it.
In the past, I would still find friends who can talk to each other more.
This is a process that takes a long time to accompany you, but it will help you feel a little better when you are going through a lot of anxiety and stress.
