#22 Transfer LikeCoin from Ecosystem Pool to Community Pool

Proposal : Transfer all LikeCoin in the Ecosystem Pool to Community Pool

Introduction :

This motion is seeking community consent. Ask if you agree to put the LikeCoin of the Ecosystem Pool into the Community Pool, and the use of the LikeCoin of the Community Pool must pass the community proposal.

Moving the public (LikeCoin) pool to the community pool can further decentralize, allowing the Republic of Appreciation to be completely managed by the mechanism of liquid democracy.

This bill will be the first in a series, followed by more bills to transfer other (LikeCoin) pools to the community pool, as well as to allow the community pool to use multi-signature wallets by working groups ( Multisign wallets) to manage.

Intention :

As far as I know, most of the cryptocurrency projects will distribute some of the issued coins when they are established, and use them as public assets as needed for community development. The same is true of LikeCoin. The LikeCoin used for the community is divided into several pools for different purposes. The detailed allocation can be found here . At present, the private key of the ecological pool is managed by Mr. Gao, and it is planned to transfer these LikeCoins to the community pool, and other pools will also be transferred to the community pool. In the future, a group/committee will be formed to manage and use wallets that require multiple signatures. Moreover, the use of LikeCoin in the community pool must be approved by the proposal. Mr. Gao introduced the next proposal in Discord in detail. I'm all for a more decentralized approach to managing public pools, rather than a single person managing private keys.
