Sichuan hot no-rice bento + ten-grain rice bento is simple and does not fail ~ #12 meals + fruits within 1000 yuan

First, let's get into the details~

This time, it is also a lunch and dinner for 6 days. As for which meal is which, there is no preset.

Because I don't want to prepare too many ingredients, I chose to make a riceless bento for one of the meals this time!

Hot Sichuan Bento:

The small bowl is filled with smashed cauliflower stalks!

A total of 4 purple heart sweet potatoes and 3 potatoes, cut into cubes and steamed and divided into 6 bentos, to replace the satiety of rice.


Fish board is half a pack of ingredients left over from last week. Since I'm going to make a Sichuan hot lunch, this time I chose to use fresh cauliflower instead of frozen vegetables!

The most terrible thing about cauliflower is that there are insects... So be sure to rinse it well, and avoid too large a single flower after cutting, one is for better placement, and the other is that insects will also hide in the large flowers😱

Don't do any seasoning, just scald until cooked. The cauliflower is boiled for about 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes, depending on the taste of personal preference, but it is best not to scald for too long, as nutrients will be lost.

The purple heart sweet potato looks super black... it's actually a color difference! After steaming, it is dark purple, which is very easy to contaminate other ingredients. I put it very carefully 😂

Because there is no seasoning, you can sprinkle sauce or pepper, salt, etc. according to your personal taste before eating.


Another bento with rice:

A bowl of rice is about 0.7 cups of rice.

Grab a total of 4.2 cups of rice for 6 meals. This time, the ratio of ten-grain rice is increased, so it is 3 cups of ten-grain rice plus 1 cup of white rice, and there are also about half a bowl of broken cauliflower stalks.

The side dish is the bacon cabbage which is fried twice with half a cabbage and a small packet of bacon. It is fried in the pan where the sausages are fried, no other oil is needed~

The first time I didn't know how to do it, the vegetables were a little too soft... The second time I put the bacon slices first, and after frying the oil, I put the green vegetables and stir-fry, and it was a lot of success! The taste is there, but it still needs to add a little salt to taste.


This time, the amount spent on fruit is relatively high, but it is actually okay for the two to share it evenly. The sum of my money for grocery shopping and fruit is only 916 yuan .

Although it is very convenient to eat fruit in Taiwan, it is not only easy to buy, but also has many varieties, but every time I go to buy fruit for a week, I always see that it is difficult to choose from the full fruit 😂

So I usually just randomly see which ones are cheap and which ones are pretty and decide what to eat. The two bags of barrel oranges I bought this time are the cheap ones. They were sold in separate bags because of their unsightly appearance. The appearance does not affect the taste, but the inside is actually very sweet~ I feel super happy to save money and eat delicious barrel oranges!

In addition, in order to prevent gluttony and spend money on supper, I bought more frozen dumplings that can be made into fried dumplings:

Pushing Chimei dumplings, the CP value is super high! Great for pan-fried or steamed dumplings, but boiled is fine...  


in conclusion

❶ The sausages are basically burnt 🤣 The slices can still be seen... As expected, it's better to eat occasionally

❷ In order not to waste the cauliflower stalks, I searched for feasible methods, most of which are fried or pickled; I chose to smash and make it like cauliflower rice (big mistake ✘), it is no problem to cook it with rice, but when eating The subtlety of cauliflower overweight...?

❸ I have been cooking obediently for the whole month. I wonder if there is any way to escape the deficit at the end of the month.
