𝔃 stay up late 𝔃

Speaking of the bad habit of staying up late, I think I really sleep late. At first, it might be delayed until 11:00 to go to bed, and then it was delayed until 12:00.

In the previous inner chatter | Mr. Crocodile's inner voice , I actually talked about this! The gist is that because of some psychological factors, I will keep delaying what I need to do, and then I will make myself very uncomfortable. Anxiety, thinking about what to do next, it's hard to fall asleep.

Because staying up late really affects a lot of things, of course, I have tried many methods, but the results are not ideal.

𝔃Negative thoughts, high sensitivity𝔃

I'm not sure if hypersensitivity is a bad habit, but I often interpret things as negative things that aren't actually proven. For example, if you hear someone else whispering again, you may regard it as speaking ill of yourself.

This will always interpret things as a negative habit, and more sensitive, often amplifying the uncomfortable feeling, which is actually a little troublesome for life. And because I do this often and practice every day, it becomes more and more difficult to change the habit.

𝔃3 minutes of heat𝔃

The 3-minute popularity is actually quite related to procrastination. Now that the Internet is so developed, any information and information can be easily obtained, and it will become more convenient to want to learn anything. In such an environment, I am a little interested in everything, but I often find it too difficult to work halfway through, or I don't work hard for a long time, and give up halfway.

𝔃Poor posture 𝔃

Whether sitting or standing, I feel like my posture is a bit poor. In addition to some health problems, I personally think that the biggest impact is " not looking good ". Of course I am aware of this, but every time I want to say I want to break this bad habit, I feel very tired and often give up all at once.

Things like posture are really hard to change once you get used to it, and it's very hard to get out of your comfort zone!

𝔃Procrastination 𝔃

The bad habit of procrastination has been seen in dozens of articles. It seems to be a common problem for most people! Every time I decide to do something, I want to say that I will wait a while and then do it well, but the time comes. Continue to procrastinate and continue the vicious circle. It might not be a big deal to procrastinate on something insignificant, but when there is something big, the longer you procrastinate, the more you feel uncomfortable at first, and then the fear turns into fear.

But strictly speaking, procrastination is sometimes not because you are unwilling to do it, but because of many psychological factors. For example, I am a perfectionist myself, and I may be afraid that I will not be able to do it perfectly after I do it, so I keep procrastinating.

The main purpose of writing procrastination at the end is to explain that " I even procrastinate to change these bad habits! ". No matter what kind of psychological factors make it impossible to execute, there is absolutely no way out of this dilemma and contradiction: on the one hand, I don’t want to continue this way, but I just can’t do it. It's not easy to change your habits and get out of your comfort zone, but the pain really has to be solved by pain!
