In a busy modern society, we are inevitably overwhelmed, so we can distinguish what is important and urgent (must be prioritized) and what is neither important nor urgent (do not need to be dealt with temporarily), as well as important but not urgent and urgent but not important ( Set priority is a must-have way of thinking for highly effective people. In "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People", Stephen Covey took "priority of priorities" as one of the principles to get rid of dependence and become independent.
