Using a mobile phone as an analogy, I am the mobile phone that wants to lie on the charging version all the time. I don’t know if everyone enjoys sleep like this.
By the way, I would say go to bed late instead of staying up late because I would go to bed at about one o'clock. I have to get up at eight o'clock the next day. In fact, I have enough sleep, but I like to stay in bed very much.
I set the alarm the night before and I pressed the alarm the next day to delay. The moment I pressed the delay, all I thought was to sleep for another ten minutes and then five minutes to sleep, but those ten minutes and five minutes are the same as five seconds. quick

- Sleep for seven hours, basically sleep at 12:00, wake up at 7:00

- List today's to-do list and prepare to go to work at 9 o'clock
- Let the day start with a plan so you don't have to be in a hurry
