#21 Grant to build a liquidity pool in Emeris

Motion : Allocate USDe250,000 of LIKE to LIKE/ATOM pool on Emeris

Introduction : LikeCoin has joined DEX (decentralized exchange), Osmosis some time ago. LikeCoin is also about to join another decentralized exchange, Emeris (in fact, it has already joined, but no liquidity pool has been established). In addition, the motion also proposes that the Ecosystem Pool will allocate LikeCoin equivalent to 250,000 US dollars. In addition, there will be Atoms equivalent to 250,000 US dollars, forming a liquidity pool equivalent to 500,000 US dollars, providing currency exchange functions.

LikeCoin equivalent to $250,000 is estimated to be 7,911,392 LIKE. The actual quantity will be based on the USD price at Coingecko on November 02, 2021.

Intention :

In fact, the addition of LikeCoin to a new decentralized exchange will definitely help the liquidity of LikeCoin, and the amount allocated, after a calculation, actually accounts for about 5% of the ecological pool , which is not much. So there is no reason not to support this motion.

Digressing, talk about the current situation of LIKE in Osmosis: there are three flow pools ATOM-LIKE , LIKE-OSMO , AKT-LIKE , with a total of more than 2 million LIKEs. The largest LIKE-OSMO, after a bit of calculation, the APY reward for providing liquidity is also more than 20%, which is also very good. Proposal 51 of Osmosis passed successfully, and now Proposal 56 is determining the value of the staking reward.
