Seafood rarely appears on the table, mostly because one person cooks it. If the seafood is not fresh for a long time, it will stain the smell of the whole refrigerator. Therefore, I rarely buy fish, shrimp, or small rolls that need to be processed. When it comes to seafood, freshly caught and fresh are the most delicious. Since I also wanted to try some more combinations, I also cut the shrimp into the end (with a cut, not a cooking machine), added eggs, corn kernels and a little flour to fry them into round cakes, a bit like eating Enoshima in Japan. The squid crackers taste like salty wheel cakes too! Drizzled with okonomiyaki sauce has become another seafood okonomiyaki, which is a whimsical and delicious creative dish.

The most commonly cooked seaweed is "seaweed egg drop soup", and this dish will inevitably appear. But I also wanted to change it up and made the "Seaweed Egg Fried" with seaweed and eggs for breakfast, and it was surprisingly delicious! This allows me to soak the seaweed in water, add it to the egg mixture, and stir with a little salt and white pepper if I can’t figure out what to eat for breakfast in the future, it will be a simple and nutritious dish!
