Who says there is no food in the desert_Ma Nanyang Cuisine
Daima Malaysian Nanyang Cuisine
The owner of this shop is a genuine Malaysian. He studied from West Malaysia and Taiwan. After graduation, the beef noodles were opened at the back of Qingda University, and there was no price increase for noodles and soup.
However, due to the problem of store rental, the store was closed and changed to the dining area of the FamilyMart convenience store.
In its place is this shop:
Malaysian Nanyang Cuisine!
Without further ado, let me introduce what I ate~
Bak Kut Teh Noodles
$210 NT
The soup has a strong Bak Kut Teh Chinese medicine flavor, and the ingredients are very solid. The pork part has pork belly, three layers of meat and spare ribs.
After eating the meat on the upper layer, I thought it was gone, and then I turned it down again, and there was meat coming out, which was really very meaty.
The meat can be dipped in the sauce next to it to relieve the greasy, one bite after another, can't stop.
Hainan Chicken Rice
$150 NT
The chicken cooked in seasoning soup is soft and tender, and with the sweet and spicy sauce on the side, it goes very well.
The rice has a special fragrance, one bite of rice, one bite of chicken, and it's over in one go.
Kaya Cream Toast
$40 NT
Two slices of toast are filled with kaya and cream, and the oven temperature brings them together. When you bite into it, the toast is crispy on the outside, and the sweetness of kaya and the creamy aroma of the cream hits your forehead. After eating one, I want to order another.
Kaya paste is a sweet paste mainly composed of coconut and eggs.
Indian tea
$65 NT
If you sit at the counter, you can see the process of pulling, pouring chai tea back and forth between two cups, and the taste becomes smoother.
It may be because of the epidemic, even though it has just been unsealed, there is no supply of long glasses, and we can only use paper cups for us.
All meals in this meal
Experience:
You can try it yourself with takoyaki and kaya toast.
The meals of other staple foods really can't be cooked, and they are so delicious. Since you can't make it, just come and taste it~
Other meals are also delicious, such as: Laksa Rice (Noodles) or Nasi Lemak

Of course, Hsinchu also has local traditional delicacies, such as rice noodles, tribute balls, bamboo cakes or purple meat balls, but I don’t like them very much.
If there are native Hsinchu people who can help me out, introduce delicious local traditional snacks.
Later, I should introduce some special restaurants that I have eaten at, but I did not take photos at that time, so I can only describe them with pictures and texts given by the restaurant.
Like my work? Don't forget to support and clap, let me know that you are with me on the road of creation. Keep this enthusiasm together!
