At the end of July of the same year, I had a new direction and caught up with the trend of reducing plastics. I came up with the idea of a product in my head. As a non-tailoring-related major, I have to practice the method in my head before I can start the construction. The first sample of the food bag that can be lifted without a button was released. At that time, the food bags on the market had to be fastened with buttons and could not be lifted, so I designed this food bag that can be lifted and hung without a button.

Immediately, the seniors who specialize in rebuilding the old house and the boss at work in Taichung asked them for their opinions. Should they apply for a patent? ! The following conclusions are drawn:

Applying for a patent must meet the three characteristics of the patent: (only possible to obtain a patent)

3. Practicality (value that can be implemented)

Based on the above points, plus the current Chinese people 's concept of respecting intellectual property rights is still very weak , people who can do it can do it with a little research, and they can avoid patents with a little modification. Although it is cheap to write a patent application, it is too difficult. The amount written to others is too high, and the result of consideration is not to spend time and money on it.

Due to the large number of private message inquirers, I found a small helper to help with the OEM.
