Stay away from those who want you to buy things, follow trends, follow trends, clubs, communities, videos, and you will have time to think about what "you" is!

You don't even have the self-consciousness to choose information, you really don't have to expect yourself to be "be yourself"!

I don't know when it started, this phenomenon has become more serious, I often hear people around me say to me: "What, you don't know what this is?" "Hey, this XX is on special price!" "That OO is going to launch The things are very cute and you will like it!" "XXX all said in the group that this is delicious" "OO has recommended this to buy it quickly" "They all said that this is difficult to buy!" "OOXX is free on this day and how much is free on that day? how much"...

This phenomenon has always existed, just by manipulating the eyes of users/consumers in a way that leaves no trace, or manipulating the "sense of participation" of users/consumers in any loud way, so that products, Topics can go out and can be seen in the vast sea of nets, and most people are accustomed to taking these situations as daily life. As a normal state, it seems that if you can’t keep up with the topic of the world, you will lose something. Even when you "don't want to know so many things", you become a "boring person in the eyes of others" because you are never on the topic.

Many people like to ask: How do you have time to exercise/write every day? How do you have the leisure to cook? I'm almost tired from work, how can I do these things regularly (self-discipline) every day?

These times are not sorted by "self-discipline" at all! It is to "consciously" filter the information that crowds your eyes, remove those "things you don't need to know" from your life, and you have time to do other things.

especially:

You don't need to know who someone you have no relationship with is married to. It's none of your business, just like whether you get married or have children. You don't need to stare.

You don't need to know the clothes, food, and anything on the topic that you "can't use", when they buy one get one free, when they get 1000 free, when they have discounts, it's a pity not to buy them now. You may say: But when you use it, there is no discount. Of course, you need to know when it is more cost-effective to have a discount. But on the other hand, when you really need "when" you sometimes get that 10% more, at least you buy what you "need" instead of "you don't need it but you buy it to save 10%" "

You don't need to keep up with all the trending topics, especially in this age where it doesn't take a week for the topic to go down. If you follow every one, life will become tight, time will be squeezed, and you will always worry that you have nothing to do with others. Topics can be talked about, but no one will ever care about you or the people around you, because most of the time they care about those "only topics" but "meaningless" content.

You don't need to know the driving record of every car accident and every angle; you don't need to know the eighteen generations of the victims and the perpetrators' ancestors, and you don't need to treat people's privacy as a story that extends infinitely like reading biographies of great people; You don't need to know any information that hasn't been verified; you don't need to spend too much time in the group discussing the behavior or life of who is in or out of the group; you don't need to know too much about your interest and concern The things "other than"...

You need to be able to judge which ones are given to you by others? What are the things you really care about and find interesting? What are the "must" things you need to know?

It is necessary to consciously identify whether the information you receive is "forced by others" or "you will want to know" (and most of the big data and algorithms help you choose, not necessarily all you want to know. .) Don’t constantly be like someone who is hypnotized and taken away by the piper , and feel that you are standing in the trend, and that there is a problem with those who do n’t follow the trend; Time is stuck in the videos and messages of communities, groups, and societies, and then I look up and ask those who do what they like: "How can you do these things every day? You must be very disciplined?"

"Self-discipline" and "being yourself" have become another kind of "great thing" that seems to be widely preached due to the explosion of information in this era. In fact, it takes a little time every day to identify "where the time is spent" "I think about it." What time do I need to do? How should I allocate "what I want or don't want" in a certain amount of time? You have the opportunity to take a break from the hype, the time spent in groups and societies that take up your time, and you have time to do "the things you want to get up and do but never thought you had time for." , you'll also discover "what you really need to 'take the time' to care about."

Stay away from those who want you to buy things, follow trends, follow trends, clubs, communities, videos, and you will have time to think about what you want and what is "you"!

You don't even have the self-consciousness to choose information, you really don't have to expect yourself to be "be yourself"!
