[I talk about my hometown] A small trip in the village: the dragon-shaped laundry field

Dragon shape, also known as snake shape, belongs to Dingzhuang. In the seventeenth century, it was inhabited by the Ketagalans and was controlled by Spain and the Netherlands. Since the 18th century, the number of settlers in Fujian has gradually increased, and they have established Bali Village in the Xiazhuang area. Together with Xinzhuang Street, Mengka Tou and Zhilan Street, they are the earliest settlements of Chinese immigrants in northern Taiwan. Even though Balibo has a long history, due to the geographical relationship, the relationship between the dragon shape and Balipo is weak, but it is closely related to Kantou (Guandu).

These two weeks have started my life of going to the morning exercise at 5:00 in the morning. The route is roughly from Dingliao to Danshui River, sometimes along the river to the lion's head, sometimes to the dragon-shaped pier, and then from the dragon's shape to the former ridge road back to Dingliao.

I used to live in Longxing for a few years when I was studying, but I was a 20-year-old youth at that time, how could it be possible to get up in the morning and go to the morning exercise? Therefore, my understanding of the dragon shape is only "which store sells what", to buy the necessities of life, that's all.

Today, I walked along the narrow alley and walked into the old settlement with the dragon-shaped backing. In the past, there were many red brick houses in the shape of the dragon, and there is still one of them. The "Cheng" in the courtyard was built with wooden houses during the Japanese occupation. The left and right guards used to be several floors, but now only a small part is left. Probably because of the separation, two-story RC huts stood on the foundation of the original courtyard, which were not neatly arranged.

The settlements in this area are all like this. The houses have different orientations. Some were built, some were demolished, and some were added. The roof tiles were originally covered with iron sheets or canvas.

Walking further into the mountains from the back of the red brick house, you will soon be far away from people.

On the edge of the settlement, between the bamboo forest and the vegetable garden, there was the sound of banging clothes.

I continued to walk forward, and a grandma was sitting under the iron shed, with a tin can of mosquito coils burning under the bench, doing laundry.

It's a laundry room! I couldn't help but take a second glance. Those few stones that were used as washboards were probably over a hundred years old.

I couldn't find any information on the Long-Shaped Laundry, but I took a look at Bali's population, which has grown rapidly in recent years to 39,919.

Nearly 40,000 people. While this is a place where neither Uber Eat nor Foodpanda can get to, I don't really want the population to continue to grow. Let it continue to be a remote town, at least, it can keep a laundry room.

Only this article is in memory of@fengxiangwanli.

In March last year, I wrote an article "Know My Land" in response to the activity of #Everyone Comes to Make a Golden Sentence Post. @风飞万里 In my comment, I suggested that "it's better to start an event, please introduce the place where you live or come from!" Then there was the essay contest "#我说我我家".

I've been thinking about what to write, but I can't think of what to write. After all, I'm just a drifting bird living here, and I don't have the right to say that this is "my hometown".

Today, I saw people, events and things worth remembering, so as to recall a relationship with @风飞万里, and it is also a wish.

Blessings, the sky is wide and the sky is soaring.
