Creation Fund Status Report (February-June 2022)

The following are figures for the creation of funds and citizens of appreciation for the past five months, from the start of the new Citizens of Appreciation program from February 21 to June 30.

Appreciate Citizen Node

As of July 5, 2022, the total commission amount was 7,520,989 LIKE, an increase of about 80% compared to the 4,176,896 LIKE at the beginning of the plan on March 7.

Appreciate the number of citizens

As of June 30, the number of appreciated citizens was 628.

Delegated distribution of currently appreciated citizen users:

• Except for users who have not yet reached the 5000 LIKE minimum
• 82.1% of users have delegated 5000-9999 LIKE
• 13.8% users delegate 10,000-24,999 LIKE
• 2.1% User delegate 25,000-49.999 LIKE
• 0.5% User delegate 50,000-99,999 LIKE
• 1.5% User Delegates > 100,000 LIKE

The amount of rewards generated by the appreciative citizens for giving back to their creations was 96,614 LIKEs in a single month in June, and the cumulative total from the first day was 308,101 LIKEs.

Appreciate Citizen Account Balance

Among the 680 appreciated citizens, more than 60% have an account balance of more than 100 LIKE, and 7.8% have more than 1000 LIKE.

Get feedback to the author

Since February, the Creation Fund has rewarded 7,743 authors, with the highest individual reward amount of 35,740 LIKEs, and 89 people have received more than 5,000 LIKEs.

Among the creation funds issued, 77.8% of the bonus was given to the works on Matters (7395 wallet addresses in total), 15% of the amount was given to the 443 addresses of Liker.Social, and 2.7% was given to the 1029 author addresses of the square grid.

Influential Appreciating Citizen

Among the 1000 active Likeers including free users, the top 30 most influential users allocated 37.8% (685,105 LIKE) of the creation fund.

Insights and Recommendations

• Although the total number of admiring citizens continues to rise, the number of active users has recorded a downward trend. Although it is not easy for reflective users to establish the habit of continuing to like for a long time, they tend to continue to maintain their membership and accumulate account balances.
• About 50% of praised citizen users have 100-500 LIKE account balance, reflecting that most users cannot spend their appreciation budget efficiently.
• For users who have accumulated a large LIKE balance, it is recommended to implement a higher-level spending mechanism. For example, users with a balance higher than 1000 LIKE can send 10 LIKE instead of 1 LIKE each time they like, so that these users can give back to the author more effectively . Considering that 1 beat = 1 LIKE makes it easier for most users to understand, it is recommended that the implementation of hierarchical LIKE only affects a small number of users (less than 10%)
• 77.8% of the current creation fund is given to users of the single platform Matters. It is recommended to encourage users to support independent websites to create a more diverse ecosystem. For example, readers can be encouraged to use RSS readers or Liker Land mobile apps to track independent websites and like them.
• The majority (82.1%) of the appreciated citizens entrusted less than 10,000 LIKE. It is recommended to push them to increase the commission amount, and to invest more and give more back.
• 7743 The author has received LIKE feedback in the past 5 months, and it is recommended to encourage them to use the LIKE in hand to join the appreciation citizen.
• The top 30 Appreciating Citizens influenced 37.8% of the fund allocation, however 40% of these 30 were users who delegated less than 10,000 LIKEs. It is suggested to adjust the mechanism to enhance the influence of users with high entrustment amount on the fund.
