Conclusion: One-time comfort, short-term relief, long-term effective.
At first I wanted to experiment with this, but it was actually because I felt so comfortable having massaged others a few times! But after a few days, the feeling was beaten back to its original shape. Then, if you massage yourself more frequently, and you will not have to massage for a long time, it will be soothing all the time. Maybe it will be more pleasant to cooperate with the meridians, and it will also be beneficial to health at the same time of beauty!

Everyone's feelings about massage are different, and the pain points of blockage are also different. I don't plan to introduce any magic method, and there is no magic method. There are already a lot of great masters and seniors who have sorted out very systematic good things, and if you google it, you will have all kinds of recommendations. Usually there is no special arrangement of strokes, and there is no pressure to do it. When you are too busy, sleep first, and press it a lot when you are leisurely. It is best to be able to get ready to relax and start, but instead of pursuing perfection that can only be done once for a long time, it is better to have an imperfect daily routine. The effect of the latter is absolutely gratifying!
- With lubricating oil:
If there are lubricating items on the face, such as face wash bubbles, essential oils, lotions, etc., you can take the opportunity to massage twice according to the degree of lubrication. For example, do a simple massage when washing your face, take the opportunity to do a moderate massage when you are maintaining your face, and apply oil and massage carefully when you are watching a drama. Special reminder that special massage usually uses more oil than general maintenance. It is best to scrub it off after massage and then simply maintain it. If you massage during normal maintenance, oil-conditioning lotion, cream, etc., should be stopped after being absorbed! - Non-lubricating oil:
Hard pulling the skin, it is a good helper for increasing fine lines. When non-lubricating products are recommended, massage the head, back of the head, neck, ears, etc. If you want a massage, there is definitely a place to press! What's more, the meridians and acupuncture points will also affect each other, so they are all useful!

The predecessors said: "There are only lazy women, no ugly women." It is a very accurate statement. But in modern times, everyone is getting busier and busier. There are probably only a few who can persist in doing this seriously. Women are lazy, let alone men, who take good care of them are in the minority!
After experimenting by yourself, you can relax and massage twice at any time without seeking perfection or seriousness. It may take less than a minute at a time. After a year, the skin will become better and the mood will be better, super happy!
