At first, I was attracted by this small and textured cover. Although the title of the book has the word "Yoga", it is a workaholic's rest notes. It must be different from the real yoga teaching book. For me, I also want to use this book to get back some of my passion and attitude towards yoga.

The layout of this book is very special. It uses the twenty-four solar terms as a chapter, and combines yoga asanas and the process of practicing yoga with life. It is like a good friend around us chatting with us every day, and it also seems to be the author's own body and mind. Examine and realize.

When I look at it, I always have the urge to put the yoga mat on again, and feel what my body wants to say to me with the author's words. I guess it should be a warm reminder like: "Please take good care of me!" , and the muscles and bones that have been tense all over the body for a long time are also awakened at the same time as reading, and occasionally put down the book to stretch, so that they will not think that they are completely forgotten by me, but most of the time they are entangled by lazy bugs, and this book is responsible for The medium between me and yoga, giving me long-lost care in a very light and soft tone.

Yoga is a very wonderful exercise. It is not just a skill that can be fully acquired, but every time you start it is like starting from scratch, and every time you will find something that needs to be adjusted. Emotions are manifested when the limbs are unfolded, and it clearly tells us that when we are not able to do so, we should not force it, otherwise it will not only be uncomfortable but also hurt. The same logic can be applied to life experience. Just practice more and there will always be a next chance without rushing.

In the process of doing yoga, I can also focus on myself, feel the relaxation and tension of the body between breaths and breaths, and occasionally find that the negative emotions in my heart drift from my chest, and the dripping sweat is The price of exercise is also the reward.

What yoga values, instead, is that between what is and what is not, the way forward, the path that is under construction, the continuous winding path, the space after you walk, which makes it more spacious.

I like this piece of writing by the author. The most important thing about yoga is not whether or not the movements are done in place at one time, but focusing on the process before arrival, after repeated efforts and exercises, accepting one's own shortcomings and then coexisting peacefully with oneself through exploration.

The author examines his heart through yoga, practices slowing down to get rid of the crumbs, and completely reshapes the friendly relationship with himself from life, body, and mind, and I also received this beautiful atmosphere and promised to create a new one Your own peaceful island.
